Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose CSE because i want to learn more about computer programming.There are 2 term exams:Mid-term and End end term.It's very difficult to pass cause we need to cover lots of syllabus for per term exams within short time.

Class Size : 74Course Fees : INR 23600 per year

Internships Opportunities :

NIT manipur top recruiters are Wipro and Namita,BEL and Philips,Mcafee and Kreeti Technologies,Larsen &Turbro ecc and Accenture.Lots of projects are done during internship programs for different courses each year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees structure for BTech first semester for General is 77700 and for students whose parents income is between 1-2 lakhs is 36,0033,for ST/SC/PH parents income below 1 lakhs is 15,200 and decreases as next semester goes on.

Campus Life :

Life in campus is good.The surrounding is big and green with lots of birds.The annual fest of NIT Manipur is OUGRI celebrated around July- august every year.There are different types of books in the library.There are lots of clubs like dance clubs,painting clubs,chess clubs,etc

Hostel Facilities :

Table,Chair and Almirah are provided in the room with 24 hours current.Meal quality is good as different types of meal are given each day.Hostel apportunity are given to those who came from far places and the prices range between 26,00-28,00 per semester.

Hostel Fee : INR 28400 per year

Admission :

Admissions are done on the basis of JEE(Main) through JoSAA Counselling and CSAB Special Round.All the mentioned ranks from Round 1 to Round 6 are JEE(Main) category-wise All India Ranks.NIT Manipur have 5 Courses in BE/BTech,3 in M.Sc,6 in ME/Mtech.

IIIT MANIPUR Worth going for?

Placement Experience:

Minimum of 30 companies come to our each year and almost 80 percent of candidates who are eligible for placement drives get job offers. Keep in mind 6.5 cpi is a necessary requirement to sit in placement drives also with no backlogs.

IIIT Manipur. Worth going for

Placement Experience:

Minimum of 30 companies visit this college each year and most of the 80 percent of the eligible candidates get a job offer. Well candidates below 6.5 cpi are not eligible for placement drives and they must not have any backlogs too. Average and minimum salary of this college is pretty decent for its ranks with 10 lakhs as an average package

My POV on NIT Manipur

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are elgible from 5th semester. Offers of campus placements from companies are usually IT sector companies like Microsoft, Amazon, etc. The highest package is around the range of 25 lakhs. The average package ranges around 6-7 lakhs. Around 70-75% of students gets placement each year. My plans after this degree is to go for civil exams.

My decision to choose this course is due the factors such as future career aspirations, passion, parental influence, job opportunities, etc. Our college curriculum prepares the students with benefits to deal with the real world such as a broader sense of community and more opportunities for collaboration. Some suggestions are supporting academic risk, building collaborative relationships, and many other benefits. woeful reality of NIT Manipur

Placement Experience:

Placements are overall good but have seen a certain decline in 2023-24 due to the recession as well as the situation in Manipur. Companies like Amazon, Discovery, and Edfora have visited our campus. The highest package of 47LPA was offered to only one student, while most of the most of the students have got placements under 14LPA.

Placement Experience:

After 8 semester students become eligible for campus placement but he may get pre placement offer of he so talented L&T , Tech Mahindra , Tata, BEL, INFYOSIS , wipe out, powegrid, Microsoft, etc companies have 147 placement offers. 80 percent are placed. A nice place to grow with whole lot of oppurtunities

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, the students become eligible for placements. Almost all tech giants visit the campus like Amazon, Cognizant, Discovery, Samsung, Mahindra & Mahindra, L&T, etc. The highest package offered is 47 LPA by Amazon and the average package is 10 LPA. 70% of the students get placed and you can opt for higher studies too.
