Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose B. Tech CSE because I have a keen interest in coding and want to pursue a career in the same. I opted for core CSE so that I have many options laid out in the future, career-wise, and job-wise. Most faculty have PHDs and all of them have a Masters degree.

Class Size : 66Course Fees : INR 400000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The internship opportunities are really good in the PESU Electronic City campus and students start to get internships after their 4th semester, this is really helpful to the students to learn more things and excel in life.

Placement Experience :

we become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. over 200 companies visit the campus for placements. the highest package a student has received is 1.3cr. 100% of the students get placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

If you get this college through KCET then there's not much fee hike, but through PESSAT they might increase. There are many Scholarships awarded by the college upon getting a good spa, all students who score above 7.75 gpa get a Rs. 1000 scholarship, the top 20% of students get 40% of their semester fees back and the top 5% out of those get 50% of their semester fees back.

Campus Life :

the annual fest of the PESU E-City campus is Maaya, and there are a lot of workshops, seminars, ted talks, and hackathons that take place. the library contains all reference material required throughout the course. classrooms are equipped with TVs that are used by the faculty to mirror their laptop to teach us. there's a gym, basketball court, football ground, cricket ground, table tennis, carrom, badminton court and much more.

Admission :

The admission process was smooth. I took the PESSAT entrance exam, and the cutoff is around 3k rank, you can get admission here through PESSAT or KCET, and JEE too I guess. To get admission, we need to visit the Ring Road Campus, where all the payment and document verification are to be done and then submitted at Electronic City Campus.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are good. From 3 rd year, students are eligible to sit in the placements. Most IT companies visit the college like Accenture, TCS, Amazon, cognizant, etc. Few core companies also came like Texas instruments, kpit, global foundries, Bosch, etc. The average package is 4.5 LPA and the highest is 22 LPA for my branch. 60% of people in my department got placement.

Honest truth of Rajarajeswari college of engineering

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the final year. A few companies visited when I was studying about 12-15 MNCs companies visited all were product-based and I think the highest package was 7.5 LPA. As the Corona pandemic started college was closed and companies didn't visit afterward. There is less number of companies visiting our college all are looking more for Cs graduates less or no EC core companies visit. I am planning to pursue M tech

It is positive. Candidates appearing in the 12th exams in 2019 can apply. Diploma candidates can also apply but only for admission in IITs. There is no minimum mark required to apply for JEE Main.
