Surroundings of the campus which was so pleasant

We have so much of campus they can develop it more.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because I was interested in electronics I want to study more in detail. The faculties in our Institute were really very good, they explain the theory very well and I can say we have excellent faculties. For every six months, we have semester exams and it's ok to pass if we concentrate on our classes not so difficult to pass.

Class Size : 34Course Fees : INR 15000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Nagarro, MAQ Software, Accenture Cognizant, TCS, and Tata Power are the companies we are getting offered. There are many projects on our campus as I am a first-year student I can't inform you more. But as a junior, I get information that the projects were good and more.

Placement Experience :

I think the 6th-semester students are getting campus placements. Nagarro, MAQ Software, Accenture Cognizant, TCS, and Tata Power are the companies we are getting offered. 90%students get placed through our campus. I want to go through MTech.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For me, as I have a reservation I get a refund in my fees so I pay 7,500 for the semester which was very helpful to me. And I also applied for a scholarship for FFE I get to know about it through my Institute only. I was getting a scholarship amount which was helpful to pay my hostel fees.

Campus Life :

We are having 2 to 4 fests in our college and they were conducted in odd and even semesters by seeing our end-term schedule. The library was really very good we get all the books from it and it was a peaceful place to study. We also have sports meet intra and inter nit which was very good and conducted on our campus ground which was very vast. We have dance, singing and many subject-related clubs there.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facilities were really good. They all meet up to our expectations. The meal provided there was really good and the quality is very excellent. The menu will be different from day to day. The registration for hostel will be done every semester.

Hostel Fee : INR 28000 per year

Admission :

Yes, I passed out jee with 93.5 percentile to get the seat in nit Manipur. I crossed an electronics branch from the Institute. All the application form and details regarding the admission and fees was taken over 1 month period. I also have reservations about the general category economically weaker section(EWS). With this benefit of reservation I get a refund for my semester fees I am always thankful for that. This process is good I think it doesn't need anything more.

IIIT MANIPUR Worth going for?

Placement Experience:

Minimum of 30 companies come to our each year and almost 80 percent of candidates who are eligible for placement drives get job offers. Keep in mind 6.5 cpi is a necessary requirement to sit in placement drives also with no backlogs.

IIIT Manipur. Worth going for

Placement Experience:

Minimum of 30 companies visit this college each year and most of the 80 percent of the eligible candidates get a job offer. Well candidates below 6.5 cpi are not eligible for placement drives and they must not have any backlogs too. Average and minimum salary of this college is pretty decent for its ranks with 10 lakhs as an average package

My POV on NIT Manipur

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are elgible from 5th semester. Offers of campus placements from companies are usually IT sector companies like Microsoft, Amazon, etc. The highest package is around the range of 25 lakhs. The average package ranges around 6-7 lakhs. Around 70-75% of students gets placement each year. My plans after this degree is to go for civil exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My decision to choose this course is due the factors such as future career aspirations, passion, parental influence, job opportunities, etc. Our college curriculum prepares the students with benefits to deal with the real world such as a broader sense of community and more opportunities for collaboration. Some suggestions are supporting academic risk, building collaborative relationships, and many other benefits. Exams should be done in such a manner that it provides a good gap Between exams for the students to be mentally and physically stable.

woeful reality of NIT Manipur

Placement Experience:

Placements are overall good but have seen a certain decline in 2023-24 due to the recession as well as the situation in Manipur. Companies like Amazon, Discovery, and Edfora have visited our campus. The highest package of 47LPA was offered to only one student, while most of the most of the students have got placements under 14LPA.

After 8 semester students become eligible for campus placement but he may get pre placement offer of he so talented L&T , Tech Mahindra , Tata, BEL, INFYOSIS , wipe out, powegrid, Microsoft, etc companies have 147 placement offers. 80 percent are placed. My plans are to do business after graduation.

A nice place to grow with whole lot of oppurtunities

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, the students become eligible for placements. Almost all tech giants visit the campus like Amazon, Cognizant, Discovery, Samsung, Mahindra & Mahindra, L&T, etc. The highest package offered is 47 LPA by Amazon and the average package is 10 LPA. 70% of the students get placed and you can opt for higher studies too.
