Course Curriculum Overview :

I am pursuing MBA. IIM Bodh Gaya has a good faculty-to-student ratio. The faculties mostly follow a practical approach to teaching. They have completed their education at prestigious institutes. IIM Bodh Gaya adheres strictly to its yearly calendar. The term exams are decent and they set the exam bar from moderate to slightly challenging.

Internships Opportunities :

Internships are offered by companies like Morgan Stanley, Adobe, etc. The projects are from various domains like HR, Finance, Marketing, etc. The stipend offered is above the industry average and mostly the role offered involves work in various domains.

Placement Experience :

The placements are good. Various good companies visit our campus. Our placement report gets updated on the website and gets audited as well. IIM BG boasts 100 % placements. All the other details are duly mentioned on the official website.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is good. The college gives a good ROI. There is a provision for need-based scholarships called NBFA. You can easily get loan options from multiple banks. The college provides guided assistance to students so that they can benefit the maximum from it.

Campus Life :

We have a college fest called Elegante which is generally conducted in December or January. The E-Cell of our college also hosts YES( Youth Entrepreneurship Summit) which promotes budding entrepreneurs. IIM BG has a plethora of books in its E-Resource. We get free premium versions of various sites like Grammarly, quillbot, etc. The classrooms have good infrastructure and air conditioning. The sports culture is good with people actively playing various games like football, volleyball, TT, etc. There are close to 25 clubs and committees.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facility is good. We have our hostels renovated and well-maintained. The mess food is good where we have a variety of options and both veg and non-veg. The hostel is included in the total fees as it's a residential course.

Admission :

The admission process is balanced. We have to write the CAT exam and then there is a PI round. The application form is available from August onwards and the exam is generally held on the last Sunday of November. The reservation policies are implemented in a general manner. The admission process is smooth but I feel it could be a little faster.

Interview Experience :

There was no group discussion as such but the Personal Interview had a lot of questions from your form and the past academics, work experience, etc. They do ask you about the current happenings in the world and it's mostly centered around very generic knowledge. There is a minimum criterion for admission which is more than 50% in 10th,12th, and graduation. You mostly have to prepare for current affairs till the day of your interview.

Admission:

Student applying for admission for 2 years full-time MBA Program should have passed graduation from a recognized University or Institute with at least 45% marks. It’s a distance college so students have to submit all the necessary documents and fees without any hassle of entrance test or interviews.

Placement Experience:

The college does not provide placement. The college is not responsible for the placement of students as it an open school of learning. Students study here to complete courses and do other stuff because of which the number of students study here is high.

Admission:

The college requires the candidate to have an under graduation in any stream from a recognized university. The selection or admission takes place on the basis of the scores in UG and the application form.

Placement Experience:

The placements opportunities are in the fields of chefs, cooks, restaurant managers in top industrial companies like ICICI Bank, Mahindra Finance, Asian paints, Airtel, etc. Packages offered were somewhere in between 2-4 LPA.

PS

Admission:

Admissions are granted on the basis of a merit list which is created on the basis of a number of factors like: entrance test scores, essay writing test, group discussion round, personal interview, individual work experience, etc. Entire admission process was pretty hectic.

Placement Experience:

Placements are pretty articulate and serependous in our college. Big Brands like Coca-Cola, Shoppers Stop, Nestle, SBI, Berger paints, Axis, etc. Packages offered during our batch were in between 4-11 LPA, which was pretty decent. We received full support for the placement process as well as internship process.

CAT - 84.63, I surely gave interview in many different institutes and got accepted in almost every one but I chose CIMP when I came to know about the faculties and the diligence they have for shaping up an individual. I never regretted, neither when I was a student nor today when I am recognised as an alumnus.

Placement Experience:

At CIMP the average salary package is 5.5 lacs to 7 lacs, ranging from 12 lacs to 3.8 lacs.Companies who came for recruitment were, ITC, GCMMF, TASL, AMBA FINANCE, L&T, BRLPS, DIGITAL GREEN, NDDB, MOTHER DAIRY, and many more with 100% placements. We had more than 2 opportunities per student.
