Remarks :

Should have a UG certificate with you. have to pay Rs. 500 for the application form in the accounts section there you can get the application form in hand and we can submit it in the front office itself. They will call you for the certificate verification within a week. It's a smooth and clear procedure without any delay and waiting for hours.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Since I want to pursue my teaching career, I opted for the PG course. 1:2 ratio of the faculty and the students. Most of the faculties are senior staff and also some of them are doctorates. They have an excellent teaching methodology since some of them are from industry backgrounds. So have real-time examples of the book scenarios. This month I a going to attend my internal assessment tests, it's a bit tough but they guide us from all perspectives. So, no issues at all.

Class Size : 15Course Fees : INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Companies like Qspider, Pentagon, and HD Software have selected some of our students for an internship with a stipend of approximately Rs. 15,000. Since students have exposure to Python and Java. they are going to work on these projects. Some are being gone to work in the Testing sector.

Placement Experience :

From the 7th semester itself, they become eligible for campus placements. Recently many students of our college placed in Sutherland, Qspider, Pentagon, HD Soft and many more companies. As per the profile, the highest paid is Rs. 30,000, and the CGPA of the student is more than 7. The students who have a percentage more than 70% are all placed. I am planning to join this institute as a faculty and loved to work in such a supportive and motivating environment.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is quite comfortable and affordable. Approximately Rs. 50,000 per annum that is per semester and the exam fees per subject is approximately Rs. 400 per subject. Since I didn't avail of any scholarship in this college, I am not sure about the things. But they do provide all the scholarships as per govt. norms and anna university pattern.

Campus Life :

Since I am new in the college now I have attended probably 5 fests and many dept-wise fests will occur for the UG students. The library is quite a good knowledge area. Students used to play volley ball and football on the daily basis after college hours. They even conduct sports day too. There are many groups based on the dept and the interest of the students. I am not sure about the names.

The placements are so good after first semester based on the CGPA the companies will start recruiting in second semester. The highest package is 36LPA(including all benefits from company) and the average package is around 13 LPA. Some companies will ask above 60% and some will ask above 70%, 75% etc its based on the company

Why you should prefer IIT Madras over other IIT's for Mtech/Btech (CSE).

Course Curriculum Overview:

Cirriculum is perfect , machine learning is specialised here , course like Deep learning , PRML , linear algebra , AI offered here are best. Grade distribution is also fine here not as such burder , they give assignments and quizes.

curriculum is good , like all other institution education is bookish practical projects are less so people will find hard in placements because company expect you to be more practical.Relative grading is the other factor i found it more inappropriate since how grade depends on others as well, that is bad.

IIT Madras Mtech CSE review

Placement Experience:

The placement process takes place in September and interviews are held in the first week of December. Placements are best in the country. The highest package this year was 1.2 cr domestic given by aphagrep to an Mtech cse. The average is around 30-35 lpa. Almost all students get placed.

I am pursuing ME computer science and engineering course from AVCE.It is a two-year duration course with 4 specializations. Candidates who have completed BE or B.Tech in relevant discipline are eligible to join ME course. Admission to ME program is given on the basis of GATE/ TANCET scores. I got selected on the basis of my GATE score.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is very nice. They often organise on-campus placement drives. Companies like grassroots,intelenet, Revol Softwares, Aqua groups, IDBI etc visit the campus with good job opportunities.

IICPT review for MTech Course

Admission:

Admission is on the basis of IIFPT Post Graduate Entrance Examination. A merit list is prepared on the basis of the entrance exam scores and overall academic performance of the student. I always wanted to join the institute for a bachelor’s, but opting for the Food Tech trade was a last minute decision.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college is pretty decent. Many companies visited our campus this year compared to the previous batch. But still there is a lot of scope for improvement. The average salary package offered is around 3-4 LPA. There is a placement cell which deals with all the placement activities. Students have to search for internships on their own.
