Everything to know about the WCE Life

Remarks :

The admission process is conducted very smoothly. Each and every procedure is provided on the college website required during admission. All the original documents are required. And for reservation benefits, original caste certificate and caste validity certificate are required.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is at par with top engineering institutes in terms of knowledge and skills that are inculcated by studying this curriculum. teachers are very interactive and have vast knowledge about their domain. Most of the teachers have a PhD.

Placement Experience :

From 6 sem onwards students are eligible for placements as well as for internships. The number of companies coming for on-campus placements is large. Big tech giants like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft also offer placements to our students.CS/IT/ECE have 98% placement avg

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees are constant since I have been admitted there is no hike in the college fees. College allows paying the fees in instalments if students face any financial problem. Govt Scholarships are provided to students of different castes nd categories as per the norms.

Campus Life :

Campus Life is worthwhile in college Because of the senior student community which helps us juniors in every aspect. Various departmental clubs are there. Some cultural clubs are there which conduct all the cultural programs in college. There is a library name Ajit Gulbchand Central Library which is Asia's one of largest library.

Hostel Facilities :

I am living in a hostel. So the rooms are spacious and have beds. In each room, there are 3 students.wifi facility is provided by the college which gives speeds up to 300mbps. Mess food is very nice. Hostel management is very helpful in solving all the issues.

Talking about placements, most of the placements occurs in CSE and IT branch, but surprisingly in the Government College of Engineering Aurangabad, the Mechanical branch has the same placements comparatively just the fact is that the package is less.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As every Diploma passing student enters to degree college same process I went through. The faculty of the college are well educated and hardworking. As a student, you have to reach out to your faculty and maintain a good relation with them to get constant support from them. the ratio is 25:1. The teaching method of professors is very professional. Exams are as per the government regulations and the difficulty level is moderate for general students.

Placement Experience:

Students are encouraged to take internships from the moment they are confident and can handle responsibility. They are eligible for placements after semester 4. Approximately 60+ companies visit the campus every year and they take an average of 4-5 offers. For instance, the highest package can be 40+lpa from Microsoft. 90-100% placements happen every year. My plan after getting the degree is to acquire a placement and work with the organization.
