Remarks :

Admission process was very easy because at that time COVID was at pick. You should ha 60% in +2 for admission in BE Everything is available on internet. Reservation seats are available in different categories according to government.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choosed this course because I was interested in both hardware and software part. Faculty are there in good ratio. Every faculty is having PH.d degree. Term exams was on time only but you know if study no exam in tough for you.

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 160000 per year

Placement Experience :

From 6th semester students are eligible for placements. All the big companies like Google amajon Microsoft came to or university including mass recruiters like cognizant TCS and many more Highest package is 52 lakh and average is 6 lakh. 90% students are getting placed. My plans are for masters.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

At our time in 2020 our semester fees was 80000 but now ther are charging 100000 per semester from freshers. They are giving scholarship on the basis of CUCAT which is a MCQ based paper. Financial Assistance is given through loan. Yes students who are pursuing masters are getting job with stipend of nearly 20000-25000

Campus Life :

There are lots of fest in Chandigarh University. CU fest is annual fest and ther conducted in month of March and teck fest in October. Books are available in enough quality because every department has separate Library with one central library. There are lots of sport for intrested student and lots of club.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility is very good according to me. You will get chair, study table, bed, cupboard,geyser facilities,study room,tv room. Food is also good except dinner. Breakfast awesome. Registration process is too simple link will be activated on your Cuims where you can choose according to you.

Hostel Fee : INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience:

The placement is the best thing about my college. The official stats are almost 87 %. The average package is around 7-8 lakhs. Placement in non-core companies goes up to 50 Lakh. Almost all the reputed companies hire people from here so from a placement point of view the college is very good. Also, there are many people who pursue higher studies abroad and our college has contacts with UCLA. Microsoft, Amazon, L&T, Daltron, Adobe, American Express, JP Morgan are some of the top recruiters. There is a compulsory internship dedicated semester and most of the students get their PPOs there only. ALMOST 600 offers are made yearly and the students seeking job get placed easily.

Super Duper Great

Remarks:

The university is great. Campus is very very huge. One full Sector and half of another sector of Chandigarh is covered by the University. We have all the amneties which are world class including 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, gyms football grounds and many othes. There are many active clubs too. And we are the head of current Rotaract club of North region. Collectively university is awesome
