Remarks

The admission process is pretty smooth, 55% in PCM in class 12th required and good jee score. As it comes under IP university the application form will also be easily available on the university site. I want to see improvement if a student is trying to get direct enrollment in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I have a serious interest in it. I always wanted to become a software engineer in the future. If talk about the student ratio it's not much good, it's 40-20 something but it's okay too. The faculty is well qualified and mostly having PhD degrees or Masters' degrees in their respective subjects. Teaching practices are also very good and friendly, students don't feel the burden. Exams are happening timely in a semester there are 1-2 internal exams according to the syllabus, it's moderate level if u know the syllabus u able to pass otherwise fail.

Internships Opportunities

I can't say much about this because I am a first-year student but I heard from the seniors that they get trainee or interns level jobs at good software firms. Students do projects on the computer languages which helps them to get good opportunities in internships and jobs, during the first year we also made a minor project based on C language. Each semester a mini or major project will be assigned to you to keep u always in touch with the language and these projects will help u in the future.

Fees and Financial Aid

If talk about the fee structure, I am well satisfied with the fees and the quality they are providing in that thing. There are scholarships also available for unprivileged students . Government schemes are also provided in this college.

Campus Life

The annual fest happens here and they are conducted in a good way that allows every student to participate and perform according to their own will. I recently performed in the fest in a dance group. Books are always available in the library. Required books u can always find in the library. Classrooms are well air-conditioned and have an equipped projector. Extracurricular activities happen with the time.

RECM - Underrated but a great future ahead.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to appear for placement from seventh semester. In Civil Engg Dept 40 students enrolled for campus placement and 28 students were offered jobs till the final semester. L&T Infra, Tata Steel, Prism Cement, ACC Cement are some of the prime recruiters. Highest package offered was 7.5 lpa , lowest 4.2 lpa and median was 5.5 lpa. Profiles offered were Project Associate ,BIM Engineer, Site Supervisor, Area Head (Sales). 70% of students got placed in the first batch of this college from civil engg dept. Currently I am serving as Junior Engineer at DFCCIL (Railways).
