Remarks :
1)The eligibility of the course is to pass class 12 from any state or Central board examination in any stream for geography And for the admission I took the entrance examination which was held by the college itself 2) The application file will be in the website and the registration fees was Rs 300 it might vary according to your domicile state ,and application dates and information will be in the official website of the college. 3) The only benifit for reservation is that you will get addmission if you don't have chartbuster percentage or score. 4) Everything was great in the addmission process except that the website doesn't told about the syllabus and what to read for the entrance examination it must be improved.
Course Curriculum Overview :
1) This course was opt by a very less amount of students and I wanted to prepare for civil service examination so it was the best option for me. 2) The faculty is really good and supportive and very helpful the ratio of the faculty and students might be 2:50 not sure. 3) The faculty holds top qualification and the college is one of the best colleges in Guwahati city and faculty is very helpful and understanding and supportive and knowledgeable and the teaching methods are also great just that if they use more official languages like English or Hindi then it might be great for the students of other state because they mostly use their regional language. 4) there will be 2 examination each semester sessional examination then semester examination and the papers are very standard if you study properly with focus then we can ace the examination.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
1) Fees hike is not an issue the fees hike is not much it normal and the cost of study Is also very low so it's a really good place for every kind of people. 2) The college doesn't provide any scholarship but it will give you the information about the scholarship in NSP. It is the financial assistance and there is not job in campus with stipend.
Campus Life :
I am a new student and taken addmission in COVID period so it is hard to tell about the annual fest because gathering was prohibited so let's see in future but freshers and farewell are there and months are negotiable. 2) Library if full of every kind of books you don't have to worry about books. 3) College week held many sports events and extra curricular activities. NCC is also there etc. 4) There is a whatsapp group of the students run by students in the name of the college.
