Remarks :

The admission process is done through CAP rounds after MHT CET EXAM the application form and dates are released after declaring the net result on the maha cet website. OBC reservation has the benefit of a 50%college fee to be paid by the government. The admission process is good but cap rounds should be held in lesser time.

Course Curriculum Overview :

CSE is the topmost branch of engineering so I choose cse. The faculty to students ratio is 1:60. The faculty is well qualified holding their masters from prestigious institutes. Exams are held in two parts midterm and end-term. It's difficult to pass the exam. You will pass but scoring is very difficult.

Class Size : 72Course Fees : INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Students can do internships from the 3rd year onwards. TPO allows students to get good internship opportunities. Some roles offered were junior web developer, etc. Many workshops were held to train students for placement drives and a good career.

Placement Experience :

Students get campus placement from the fourth year onwards. various companies visit the campus namely Amazon, Wipro, TCS, etc. The highest package offer was 52lpa and the average package was 4lpa. 395 offers were made last year. I don't know how many students get placement. I plan to get a good job in a reputed company.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There is no fee hike policy The fee remains the same the cost of the study is much less as compared to cope or any other institutions. I got a scholarship from OBC from the Maharashtra government, many loan schemes are available.

Campus Life :

Campus Life is the best. Pragya and Utsav are the two major events held in April and May time. There is a grand library in our college, thousands of books are available there. Many extracurricular activities are held eg sports, gym, newspaper, robotics, etc.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facility is not so good for freshers but seniors have the Sahyadri hostel it's good. The mess is nice. the quality is good. We have to fill out the admission form for the hostel through Google forms when the admission process starts. The hostel is good to stay in as it is close to the campus.

UMIT best engineering institute for women

Placement Experience:

At the start of the 6th sem campus placement gets started in July. Dates are given to companies who are coming to interview students. Amdocs and Infosys used to give a very good package to computer engineering students. More than 75 % of students get placed.

Good infrastructure and facilities

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for the campus from the seventh semester. The companies visited in the core sector are Triveni Turbines, Manas Agro Industries, Bosch, Mecgale pneumatics, and Antony waste. The highest package was up to 4 LPA and the lowest was 2.2 LPA. 30% of students get placements during the Covid period. I got placed in a power plant and I m working there.
