Remarks :

The admission process was very smooth. Eligibility of this course is that you have to pass in 12th having science stream with min 70% marks. Application forms were out on the official website of the University of Delhi. Cut-off lists were generated by the University of Delhi on their website, through which I compared my scored percentage with the cut-offs. And in the 2nd cut-off list, I got the percentage in this college. I came and filled out all the necessary forms and got a prospectus after that I paid my fees then and there, and finally got admission.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because this course provides us with immense knowledge of various departments like human development, fabric, and apparel science, resource management, food, and nutrition, etc. Students are divided into sections wisely and we get at least 2 professors for each subject. In this course, the majority of professors have done their Ph.D. and have experience of more than 15 years. We get enough time for exams and exam pattern comes from our basic knowledge of the subject.

Class Size : 25Course Fees : INR 24320 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The internship opportunities provided are based on the department you are studying in. Placement cell is the perfect place or society which provides us internships under various departments. Even workshops are conducted to give us exposure.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure consists of a few divisions which are demanded by the college from us (students). As compared to other DU colleges our fees are high and for a few students, it can get costly a bit. Fees structure includes tuition fees, infrastructure fees, and social funds.

Campus Life :

FERIA is the annual feast of our college which is held in February, various competitions are conducted in this fest that too on a very large level. The library is good, we get almost all the books related to our subjects and we have access to journals as well. Classrooms are very basic, there is no AC in classrooms. Our college has its gym room which is accessible to all students. There are various societies in our college like music, art, dance, theatre, fashion, etc. Society gives students great exposure as I have been a part of my college's dance society name ELEGANZA for 3 years and I am the president of my society this year which is my last year.

Best college in South campus. Recommended for Maths major

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always excelled in mathematics in school. So, i decided to pursue it for higher studies. You should only choose this course if you want to make a career in mathematics field for example if you want to become a mathematics professor, go into research, become a data scientist or clear exams like JAM, NET, JRF. They do teach softwares like R which is very important but they should include more technologies and coding languages into the course as well. Special mention: if you want to pursue a career in data science i wouldn't recommend this course. I think a computer major would be more helpful.

Ramjas : A "che" to the "mistry"

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested in studying chemistry since school so I opted for this course. The course is well built and designed in order to build your interest in this field. The college provides enough industrial visits to encourage you in the same field and organises sufficient conferences regarding the same. There are no such improvements required in the faculty except a few. Exams used to happen semester wise after every 5 months. We only used to prepare for these, only a few teachers asked us to solve an assignment and nothing much.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I gave Entrance and I qualified and I have no option other than this course. Our Faculty is a mixture, as we have to study Physics Chemistry and Mathematics so we have three 3 departments. Student teacher ratio is 10:1. All teachers are PhD Professor. they wrote many books also, their teaching is according to UGC syllabus. they provide notes. There is Semester exam after 6 months and one test in one month of each subject. You have to prepare your notes in a very well way to obtain good marks.
