Remarks :

For applying in B.Sc. Hons home science the cut off was above 80 percentage and admission process was really easy as all we have to do is apply online from Delhi University website and lock the college seat. Then we have to pay the fees and it was done. It was not time consuming but easy and less hectic.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because I want to be a dietitian and BSc Hons home science is a good opt for that. Faculty is pretty good for this course and they provide good attention to students as there are only 25-30 students per class. All the professors are PhD holders and we'll experienced. Exams are in semester basis which means held in every six months.

Internships Opportunities :

Research companies, teaching institutions, management companies, publishing companies provide internship opportunities in our college with minimum stipend of around 5-6 thousand. All we need to do is to achieve good academic score

Placement Experience :

From 4th sem students become eligible for campus internship. Job fair is conducted early to offer placements and internships . Highest package is about 15-16 lakh by many well know companies. About 80-85% students get internship. After completing my BSc Hons I will apply for masters in nutrition.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees for this course is 25000 per year which makes it less than 1 lakh for all 3 years. There are serval scholarship programmes one can apply for and avail benefits during college time. Internships are on basis of marks of 4th sem and provides good experience for future

Campus Life :

The annual cultural fest is FERIA conducted in March most probably. Books and journals are well available in library and book shop.classrooms are well structured and have comfortable seats. There are so many college societies like, dance soch, fashion society, debate, singing, social work etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always excelled in mathematics in school. So, i decided to pursue it for higher studies. You should only choose this course if you want to make a career in mathematics field for example if you want to become a mathematics professor, go into research, become a data scientist or clear exams like JAM, NET, JRF. They do teach softwares like R which is very important but they should include more technologies and coding languages into the course as well. Special mention: if you want to pursue a career in data science i wouldn't recommend this course. I think a computer major would be more helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested in studying chemistry since school so I opted for this course. The course is well built and designed in order to build your interest in this field. The college provides enough industrial visits to encourage you in the same field and organises sufficient conferences regarding the same. There are no such improvements required in the faculty except a few. Exams used to happen semester wise after every 5 months. We only used to prepare for these, only a few teachers asked us to solve an assignment and nothing much.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my opinion my course syllabus is good and better then some of the other courses. This course helps and prepares students for the real world application as it is a practical course and have all the industrial related topics in it. In my opinion the college should offer more industrial vists for the students. The difficulty level of exams is Average.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I gave Entrance and I qualified and I have no option other than this course. Our Faculty is a mixture, as we have to study Physics Chemistry and Mathematics so we have three 3 departments. Student teacher ratio is 10:1. All teachers are PhD Professor. they wrote many books also, their teaching is according to UGC syllabus. they provide notes. There is Semester exam after 6 months and one test in one month of each subject. You have to prepare your notes in a very well way to obtain good marks.
