Remarks :

I think I was lucky enough that I got a chance in iisc. It is the best institute in India as we all know. In order to pursue an MBA, I took the CAT, and my high scores on the test helped me secure my place here. Since they accepted CAT scores, I got admission even without a GATE score. I applied through the online application. After appearing in the group discussion and personal interview.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The current economic situation, or, to be more specific, the global economic condition, makes it reasonable to assume that Management graduates are in high demand by MNCs. That is why I took up this course. This full-time program is credit-based. I read core course, stream core course, and did project work as part of this course. In the summer term, I did a live project in a practical aspect. the curriculum was mainly based on highly quantitative and tech-based.

Placement Experience :

The highest salary package offered was Rs.39.5 LPA and the average salary of Rs. 26.8 LPA was offered in our final placement program. Flip kart Ltd., Udaan, Walmart Labs, LG, Goldman Sachs, Mercedes Benz R&D, Netradyne, and ZS Associates were some of the brands who gave us the opportunity on the final placement program. From the beginning of this course, the focus was always kept on developing our employability skills.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

My annual tuition fee for the course was Rs. 170000. The annual fee was Rs 266500. For the library deposit, I paid Rs. 7500. For the other academic fees, I paid Rs 80,000. There were some merit-based scholarships were available for us. All the scholarships or fellowships were provided by both govt. and private organization. I didn’t apply for that.

Campus Life :

We were provided with the facilities hostel, medical facilities, sports, auditorium, and canteen on our campus. As I was a sports person that is why the inter-IISER/IISc Sports meet was a special event for me. In those two years, our campus life was totally filled out with several academic events, sports events, fun events, business seminars, seminars, etc
