Remarks :

Overall the college experince was mind boggling . Bad things about my college 3% rest 97% i feel good. The faculties were always resemblence to us.

Entrance Preview :

Odisha JEE examination,i scorded 23 out of 100.this college was established on 1999, i thought the existing faculties should experince holders , for what i had chosen this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

On first review the course was very upcord. After i continue study over it, this quite like easy to recover. Electives are-control system,electrical & electronics measurements, object orinted programming, network theory, vlsi,analog electronics,digital electronics.

Internships Opportunities :

No, internship providing my college but some one want to do at outside ,the college gives permission if special case company not allowed to this college takes personal interest over it to him/her. By what we can't feel that college having no internship facility.

Placement Experience :

Yes placement facility of civil, It sector was good. During my acdemec career 3 companies had come. Those were impact solution for electronics ,elecrical course, out of 40 they had choosen 22. Anothe 2 companies for civil enginerring, named awss,koraput construction sites.

College Events :

Every year college was arranging annual sports meet in which every year student or group of student can participate. With that a song competition ,a dance competition ,indoor games like caroom, tennis, etc. At the end of the all events a prize distribution ceremony ,every year a special celebrity come. At the end tech fest happen in that engineering passed out students got their certificates.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It was feasible in my point of view. Compare to other colleges our fees were less, like for first year it was 70000.and rest 3 year was 60000.so if one can't give at a time instalment facility was there.an approval of principal require.Then he /she submit.examination fees was additional.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes there was a stipend for scheduled cast and tribes. In general for all students who appearedgood marks in semestar they got rewarded as money as well as prizes.but no loan facilty offers our college.

Campus Life :

My four year experince about college was mind boggling. But at the end of 3rd year got realizes that it is very hard to get a placement . Our stenth of college was 160. Ratio was 60:40 as i mentioned earlier cultural programme was good,colllege not arranging like election. Other things are stabilise.

Hostel Facilities :

In our college at my time hostel facilty was poor.Like only for first year student can stay at hostel.But now a days the issue solved.The hostel building prepared.For boys the hostel room within campus.But girls it was on town college was hiring a flat as a hostel. For 1st year the fees was 40000.

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes seniors were in first year like very annoying,but later they were very helpful to us specially during exam time .They gives us tips how to manage time etc.

Exam Structure :

Labs were in college like chilled and refreshment out of theory classes. We make fun with studies over it.Exams were like kargil war upon our brains. If i going to say, the whole semestar goes with fun, masti, but the last 10 days after declaring the exam schedule we & our books,guides.

Faculty :

The best thing of this college was its faculty.They always be helpful,they wer not treating us like students always like friends.They were always prepared to give some extra time to teach a particular course by what class was running till next faculty stand outside.

Average college within the state at affordable cost and prosperous future

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen this course because at that time I was keenly interested in Engineering drawings, architecture, construction as well as estimations and costing. Here the faculty-student ratio is approx 1:18. Almost 1/3rd of the faculty are permanent and have a doctorate and they are well experienced. Guest faculties are also from prestigious colleges holding masters and bachelors. Examinations were conducted regularly in class as well as there used to be 2 internals in a sem and one end sem exam. Questions were set by the BPUT and it was moderate to difficult level.

Honest College Review

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester onwards. Companies like Ajatus, Byjus, Wipro , Infosys offer placement opportunities in our college. The placement rate has deteriorated over the past 5 years. Earlier 50 %-80%students were placed but now only 20%-30%are placed. Earlier the highest package was 10 LPA and the average package was 4LPA. Now the rate has decreased greatly. The college still tries its best to bring companies. Earlier the placements were more of on-campus placements but now it's mostly off campus. The training and placement cell hence prepares students for the recruitment process and selects the best students and gets them placed. After getting the degree I would be applying for interviews on the technical line off-campus and side by side I would do my higher studies like M.TECH.

One of the Best Of All Colleges in Bhubaneswar
