Our college is the best of University like space research.isro minihub also here inaugurated recently.exma is also good in process.and here teaching and classes lab are very good for students.all type of lab are available. it's the first technology college of Odisha state.
Placement Experience :
In our college approximately 3000 to 4000 students in every year placed.many of private and government company are recruiting here for job deficiency.many of internship facility for students.many types of companies like MCL, NTPC, ADITYA BIRLA, INDIAN NAVY, VEDANTA, INFOSYS. many more about 200 companies
College Events :
Technical- samavesh.In samavesh all type of technical event are performed by the students of different branches.all people are enjoy a lot.it observed for 2day different game play group play are facilitate here Cultural- vassaunt.In the cultural day it's observed for 3day in the three day all type of dramatic, Mr and Mrs Vassaunt, dance, ramp show all are performed Sports league- illumina performance all type of physical game.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
In every year there is 35000 for a student money is required.all students hostel facility also available.i think 12 to 15 hostels are available here for boys and girls seperate.all faculty campus also available.all type of transaction like online and offline available. inside campus a bank is situated and a ATM.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For educational loan here sbi bank is providing all type facility.in the time of admission the bank manager in the administration so that loan required students get facility. scholarship also given all the admission fee get returned
Campus Life :
It's from 1956. it's the first technology college in Odisha.it has a ISRO rocket science lab.and all branches has there own laboratory.and it provides different society like Robotics society, car racing society, yoga society, drama society, song and dance society, art society, photography society, many more
Hostel Facilities :
All hostel room are good well structured all are free wifi provided.all 15 hostels have there own cantine for food.all hostel have there own play ground and own electrical generator for interrupting power supply
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes, in every country of the world we find many of the vssutian in isro, nasa, and many of big companies.there is a alumni meet up with some alumni and they share their experiences with the students for strong there mind
Admission :
I gave ojee entrance exam and get selected in 197 rank.after diploma in electrical engineering and also a facility for 12th pass students but for 12th pass there is a jee-main exam for all india level.here btech,mtech, phd, architecture, msc all are available
Faculty :
In my electrical branch there are 200 students and 50 teacher.in this type there are 10 to 12 branch.there are 5000 students present in vssut and 500 nearly faculty members. vssut is mostly for development of Hirakud Dam which is located in Sambalpur. it's start for that.
