Remarks :

I chose to study at IIIT Bhubaneshwar on my own choice and research. I did not choose the specified lower institutions since their prestige did not equal that of my college, and, of course, because of placements. For entrance, I used the application form of the University which was easily available. The admission threshold for my category increased to 160000 rankings.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Because this college specializes in ETC, I picked it as my branch, and it is also a basic topic. Professors were good so studying, Applied Math, Analog Electronics, Analog electro, Switching Theory, and Logic Design, Network Analysis and Synthesis, Electronic Instruments and Measurements Communication Systems all was full of learning.

Course Fees : INR 240000 per year

Placement Experience :

Internships are only available to first-year applicants who are not very skilled but have a passion to work. Later on, I had several options to join Google or GSoC. Placements begin only on the third level, however, the typical wage is fairly modest, around 8-9 lakh per year. After graduation, ample gates were open for me.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The tuition is fairly hefty at 120000 per semester but I managed it with the quality of training, and because it is a government institute the management was guided well. Scholarships were their bus awarded based on your financial situation. With a typical pay of 12 lakhs, or sometimes more depending on the situation.

Campus Life :

Plenty of chances and a welcoming ambiance. Each club would be interested in having us as a member. There were many different sorts of devices in class, such as overhead projectors and so on. Nothing out of the usual happens in sports. The festivals were just amazing, Almost the majority of the societies here were originated indigenously.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements where they have to show their skills to the interviews in order to get placement. The name of the companies visited are Infosys, Oracle, Dalmia, Tata. The average package the companies give is around 3 to 4 lacs. My plan after getting the degree is to already settle by getting a placement.

Reality of GIFT college

Placement Experience:

Placements! Once upon a time in year 2016-17 Amazon, Oracle etc used to come... Now all are just less paying startups who select for 3,4,4.5 lpa on average Yeah some get 9-10lpa if they are really good, opportunities are always there for good students, but not more than this... If you're dreaming a 13,15,20,50lpa package, don't wake up, it's not possible in real life here (atleast till now)

This college provides a good environment for professional study. I got alloted to the college through my entrance mark so i chose it. It was my dream to study Electrical engineering but i didn't got the branch in any other college and i got the department over here so i thought it would be better to study here

Various companies visit our campus for recruitment. Among those companies the name of some big companies are TATA, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, JINDAL, LNT. For being able to sit in the interview for any campus a student must have scored a minimum of 7 cgpa and must have good communication skills. In my knowledge there is no big startup by our batch.
