Remarks :

After a lot of efforts which I made to make in the best IIMs, I get admission here m sin because of my poor CAT score. My entrance was conducted and I was not among the rankers but I made me into this. The admission criteria was pre stated and CAT form fee was 2,000. I had although accomplished my interest to study in the IIM.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Following completion of my graduation from a course as to the same domain then I decided to go for the MBA. MBA was something I really wanted to pursue. Faculty members are really helpful and enthusiastic in a variety of scenarios. Faculty members are competent for all entry exams required for this position. I have got ample of good business oriented subjects.

Course Fees : INR 250000 per year

Placement Experience :

College MBA has given a placement to the 95% in the previous year to all those who were eligible for the campus placement. Eligible for the campus placement and then interview was required. Companies like as Walmart, Adani, and Aditya Birla have visited my college. The highest annual salary is Rs. 24-11 lakh.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I was very lucky as I had a long-range of scholarships and facilities included the James Thomason Scholarship, Air CMDR Shyam Chand Mehra Scholarship, Naveen & Anu Jain Scholarship etc. The fee which I required to pay for a complete year was somewhere around 2.5 lakhs and it was reduced by scholarships of the University. So taking loan was not required.

Campus Life :

IIT Roorkee has a number of yearly fests throughout the year, as well as a number of socio-cultural events. This college has a library with books that I could take and issue them to use. During the winter semester, the institution arranged sports and extra events on campus. These were some kind of workshop also for us.

Placement Experience:

The campus does provide placement opportunities for the students. For MBA students from the 3rd sem become eligible for sitting in placements. Companies for finance, marketing, and HR specialization frequently conduct placement drives on the campus. However, for Business Analytics the frequency is less compared to others.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Fee structure is all about the course will take around 4-5 lakh for the 2 year means approx 1lakh per semester. Scholarships is provided according to the percentage what we have done for master's they see bachelor's percentage and for bachelor's degree they see percentage of 12 according to that they provide scholarship. And always They give discount if u are from Uttarakhand means your domicile should be of Uttarakhand.

Overall positive learning and environment is great

Placement Experience:

Last semester students are eligible for placement There is a third party company namely selibi who is outsourcing employees to airlines or airports and placement are happening directly from the airlines or airports. Package 2.5 lakh average to the students of bachelor as well as masters in aviation. Profiles are executives,etc 50 to 70% students get placed every year.. Plans are to do job on airport and become a manager of aviation sector.

The placement provided for the MBA course is very great . The minimum package for the course is minimum 3 lakhs per annum. And the average package offered is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost more than half of the students get placed after there completion.

On campus placement is mode according to me in my college. For a cse student decent companies recuirt with a average package around 10 lack for cse ones. Almost 75 percent student placed in my year and 75-80 was the average for college.highest package was around 35 lacs

Review about overall experience in Doon Business School

Placement Experience:

There was good placements opportunities mainly for the marketing students but mostly it was only with the sales profiles and lesser packages and there were no such core finance jobs for the finance domain students there were no such opportunities for the hr students too.
