Remarks
I had the simplest experience during my admission. Not many complications. Just have to fill out the admission form online found on the college website just after the declaration of class 12 results. The application form will cost around 100-300 which varies by time. Within 2-3 weeks merit list was out on the college website and I also got an SMS regarding my admission and fee payment. Afterward, they called me for the document verification procedure. And after the verification procedure, the admission was done.
Course Curriculum Overview
My reason behind choosing this course was my passion and understanding of literature. From childhood onwards, I was a literature lover and I wanted to go further with this. The student ratio is not much. There are around 20-30 students on average in each semester. The faculty is very good. They are very helpful and friendly. Their way of teaching is also pretty decent. The professors of our department are highly qualified. They are very much knowledgeable and most of them have a Ph.D. in their respective field. The exams were conducted semester-wise as suggested by the CBCS system. The exam is not easy and not too hard to pass. Daily reading and detailed notes will definitely help us to score well.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is a very decent and affordable fit for students. The per semester fee is around 4,300-to 4,500 but as per the pandemic situation, the college has given some concession in the fee which is now 3000 per semester. There are some financial assistance facilities and concessions in our college for students have to contact the college office. I haven't received any job from my campus yet but I am hoping for the best.
Campus Life
Life on campus is pretty enjoyable. I had some of the best days of life in college. Although the pandemic has restricted me to enjoy the whole college years. In the starting year, we had a freshers party which was organized by the college union for us. The college also organizes an annual fest known as 'Aura', blood donation camps, seminars, etc. The college has a laboratory, canteen and a big library facility where a good amount of books are available to read and borrow. There is not much emphasis on the sports site in our college as I have seen so far.
