Likes

Location is very good if you feel good you have market, lake, etc.
Canteen is something that I didnt expect to be this good inspite of being a government college.

Dislikes

The ground could be improved since it is a bit small.
As I am from Assam I dont feel discriminated but I feel that the crowd is less welcoming.

i like how the trachers are friendly and teachers us very properly
the behaviour of the teachers and stuffs of the office and also the watchmans

i don't like the politics that are going inside
there's no ac in the class rooms of the students

I'm doing the Bengali honours. and i use to like Sahitya when i was a child. and also I'm Bengali so I'm interested in this specific language and culture. the exams are 3 hours long and it is quite a good amount of time.

Dislikes

Toilet is very dirty . I always avoid goind toilet
Does not have a organised placement cell

B com course is very underrated but I think if anyone upgrade themselves B.com has a great potential . This college supports you not only in university curriculum but they also supports you to be industry ready. The college takes internal exam before semesters difficulty of that exam is medium.

Our college's unique style of campus, our college area is short but it has a accomodation of 2 building joined together and 4 floors with 30+ rooms having capacity more than 130 students
Sports quota : The students who are in any sports group i.e, football, cricket, badminton etc have special benefits towards the fees payment from the faculty.

Dislikes

The inactive classes: As our college is a prime place for votes and voting booth our college is often closed due to vote purpose.
Our college though consists of 4 floors but there is no proper escalators or lifts so it is a little hectic to go with the stairs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I had commerce in my secondary and higher secondary education so it helped me to enrich my education with what I had learnt earlier. The things that I learnt like GST, e filling and other accounting related topics will help me in industrial purpose. The course is new to me so I am not sure to tell what to enhance but I would like to add that is some practical things will be practiced like teaching balance sheet using original industrial balanced. We have semester exams and our college has 3 year 6 semester, each year consists of 2 semesters. And the exams aren't that much tough but if will be if we don't study.

The college infrastructure is large and has a canteen to eat. Classrooms are big with proper benches
My Engagement with faculties were good. Available faculties do provide offline tuitions as well.

Placement Experience:

The percentage of students are 40 % where mostly the placement was of sales and from insurance sector. Companies came like ICICI Prudential, Edelwiess Tokyo, Bajaj Finance with offering salary 7 - 8k per month.

I liked that the college provide classs only 4 days a week so you have plenty of time to develope new skills
The food in the cannteen is very affordable you can get variety of food for less price.

Dislikes

The thing i disliked the most is that some teacher used to gige private tuition so they will definitely help their students im internals.
Many college take internals and project work in easy manner the university haven't specified for viva on project but here you'll have to give viva too with project

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is good to know about your own country and the administrative system of the county including rights and duties of citizens and the place to go when their rights are hindered and about the structure of government including the knowledge of all three organs of government political parties and pressure group how they affect and get affected by business group and about the international relation and government structure of some major countries of World. You can do this course if you want to be a teacher or professor but except this there is no scope or real life implementation of this course.

Our college in damn strict on attendence
The campus size is really small so is the ground

the placements in our college are mainly provided to BCOM students, but almost 75-80% of economics students are also placed in various sectors like analysts, consultants, merchant navy, sales etc.

It will get me job opportunity very soon Prepares very well. All is well, there is nothing more to say about improvement because as it stands, there is no need to change anything As for the examination, the two semesters held here are six months apart. Nothing to say about this.

Likes

The teachers and their way of studying. Most of them are equipped with devices like tabs and laptop and they use them well to make us understand difficult topics
The campus life is balancing. The college hours are not so long which makes us free from doing any other activities or courses

Dislikes

The infrastructure could be quite better. The ground could be improved since it is a bit small.
No placements are there. Since it is government college but still every student would like to get placed at the end of the graduation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course because i always wanted to graduate in Finance. The faculty is quite good. There are 30 faculty members in Bcom department. They all are quite good in their job . The professors and madams are friendly too. They are punctual about their class in the routine and hardly miss any classes.
