Remarks :
I was able to get into this university by submitting my CAT scores of 85% along with my bachelor's degree score of 50%. I submitted my application form online through CUSAT's website, I paid Rs.1100 for the process. I had a good academic record and my first priority while searching for a college for my MBA program was the expenses. I belonged to Tamil Nadu hence Kerela was not very far from my hometown. One of my faculty told me about this university and upon research, I found that it ranks at #65 overall by NIRF.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Through my MBA program, I was able to acquire adequate knowledge, skills, and attitudes which helped us build a foundation for our growth into competent and responsible business executives. Here I developed a thorough grasp of the basic concepts and techniques of management as well as the ability to practice them under Indian conditions along with analytical decision making and communication skills.
Placement Experience :
My university's training and placement cell helped us throughout the process. For our 2020 placement drive, over 35 companies participated and made over 300 job offers. Companies like SunTec, WIPRO, Nestle, Oracle, Godrej, CEAT, IBM, MAXED, Snapdeal, etc took part in the drive and offered an average CTC offer of 4.7 lakh and the highest was about 15 lakhs. The drive went very well and 100% of my batch found job offers within 6 months.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I paid my fees in 2 instalments, which I paid each term and the total summed up to Rs.64500. My institute also offered various scholarships based on the need and merits and some State Sponsored Schemes for the SC/ST/OBC categories were also available.
Campus Life :
Administrative offices, the Central Library, the Computer Center, departments, labs, workshops, canteens, guest houses, hostels, and playgrounds were all located on my campus. We had complete access to the fully computerized Central Library, which served as our primary source of information. Other than this, numerous clubs like Readefine, Quiz club, Debate club, Entrepreneurship Development Cell, etc were also available for us to join. I was part of the Readefine club and ut helped me nourish my reading habits and provided me with a platform to share my perspectives.
