Remarks :

I am Ayush Raj from BIT, Patna.I only applied to this college only. I got admission based on my 12th marks and stream. Admission Criteria were very simple, you should opt for math and computer science with 75%+ percent in 12th. Minimum age for admission is 17 year. Admission was done with a simple interview and after that we have to submit our documents( Marks-sheet, Migration, Passing Certificate) and admission fee. If anyone got less marks in 12th then he/she will disqualify from selection list.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because I want to do bachelor in computer. While doing this I get plenty of time to learn other programming languages, so i decided to choose BCA. In my college there are 50 student with 1 faculty member, so the ratio is 1:50. In my class Teacher gets interacts with other students easily, so this ratio is fine with our class. Here faculties have more than 10years of teaching experience and majority have done PhD in their specializations. They interact with each and every student and try to solve their problems in class or in staff room, but they clear our doubt.

Internships Opportunities :

In my college many companies came with internship offer and many of us took it and many of us didn't took it. I also didn't participate in any internship in my last year as i was busy in completing my Web Development course.

Placement Experience :

Only last year students are eligible for placement. We get plenty of mail from Training and Placement Office on our college id. There are many companies who visited us like wipro, diloitte and many more. Many came with internship offer and maximum of were choosen by these companies. Maximum package i seen is about 10lakh p.a. , Minimum I seen is 3lakh p.a. and averge 5lakh p.a. we were offered as we are done BCA only. 70 to 80 % of my classmates were got placement in any of these companies. I am thinking of doing MCA from DU or NIT, so i am preparing for this only.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In my point of view here the fee is very high, even in covid-19 situation they didn't reduced there fee structure. Due to this i get sem back and they didn't even try to sole my issues. BIT, Patna will take his fee money at any cost. They should try to extent dates and reduce fee structure in this Covid-19 situation. This is only thing make me angry about this college. No Scholarship is available here even if you are doing great in your class. No Financial Support you will get, like me. I got plenty of mail about placement in campus but ignored it because i want to do Masters in my course (MCA).

Campus Life :

Since I studied only for one semester in college so I can tell you about that period only. First we get Fresher Seminar of three to four days and in one or two months we see a new events posters so they make us entertained with these many events. Even We are online we are getting email regarding participation of online events like Multiplayer Games and many more. In library we get every book for our semester and one kind book is available for whole class so we study with same book like in school. Here there is sport club and a large ground, so anyone can participate in that club even freshers. There are many Clubs run by students and anyone can participate in any club by contacting their members.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Overall curriculum, the syllabus was good but needed improvement by removing some extra old courses and including the latest subjects like Python, php which were not available at my time but I don't know if it's available now.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love my course cause I wanted to be a software developer. But I think that the syllabus should be updated so that we also update our knowledge according to time. Teaching method is good enough so that a student with no any knowledge in this field also got that

I rate my course 10/10 because the course is very helpful for those people who want to pursue B.tech but he/she can't inroll because of maths. So, we can easily inroll with this course if you have a little bit information about maths.

Placement Experience:

From the final year, I.e., the third year, they are eligible for Campus placements. Many companies like HCL, Lenovo, Wipro, etc visit college. The highest package offered in on campus placement was 8 LPA and the average package was 4 LPA. Only 35-40% of students get on campus placements and for that, you must have good academics and also they will check your co-curricular activities. You can take off campus placement to have a more good package. I have planned to give the GATE exam after graduation and have MCA in any good college in Delhi.
