Remarks :

This is college is more reliable for me because it is near to my local town and the performance of the college is good, I mean the placement, faculty etc. This is a govt. college so the admission fee is also less than many private colleges. The environment of the college is also very beautiful. There are 10 hostels for students. So need to worry about the hostels.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course are very good to all the brunches like mechanical, civil, CS etc. Faculty are so helpful to students. You can learn all the necessary course and extra knowledge from faculty and make your carrier.

Internships Opportunities :

You can do internship at any local tech companies or online platform like internsala.com or any other companies. They offered you a 6th month internship training and you can work for them and learn and make project under them

Placement Experience :

Placement are good. TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc. like companies came to recruit students. You can sit at the campus placement if your result is good and can appear for the campus interview. Packages are also good.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The campus placement is very good for all the departments of the college. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, NRL etc. come every year to recruit students. Students get very good package from the companies

Campus Life :

Campus is very beautiful. In from of the college main building there is a park with a pool.Every year they arrange a tech fest in the month of February. Every dept. has it's own library besides the college library.

Hostel Facilities :

There are 10 hostels for students and the hostel rent so less that every one can afford that. There is no need for rent PG or room. Hostels are very well designed and well furnished and every room has wifi enabled.

Admission :

YES, I passed JMEE/JLEE to get the seat in Jorhat Engineering college. It is a OMR based test of 100 MCQ's. For 12th students the question's are in Math, Physics and Chemistry. And for MCA students the question are in Math, Reasoning, English and Computer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like it.There is no any specific aspects regarding my subject. From class 12 onwards I like my subject economics and so I persude this course. The timing of our exams are ok . But according to difficulty level it is moderate. I don't think that there is any area that need to be improved regarding the course.

Placement Experience:

The placement in NIT Silchar is decent. You will be eligible for placement from the 4th year but you will be associated with the T&P cell from the 3rd year. The companies which came for placements in 2022 are Samsung R&D Institute, Bangalore, Larsen and Toubro, Bharat Electronics Limited, Amazon Web Services, Vedanta Resources Limited, Make My Trip, etc. The highest package is 44 LPA in 2022 offered by Amazon Web Services and the average package is 15-16 LPA. Almost 95% of students get placed in CSE & and 90% in ECE, followed by EIE whereas in other branches the percentage is low. After getting the degree, I will be seating for placements and getting a Job Of course.

Placement Experience:

Don't worry about placements, they are quite good. Our campus highest package this year is 2.5 cr/annum There are many other stats on our official website, you can refer to that. Mostly many people get interns in their 5th or 6th sem and get placed at the end of the 7th sem. I will talk more about this after going the second year atleast

Placement Experience:

In my course after the 7th semester, we are eligible for campus placements. Sun Pharma is the top pharmaceutical company that comes to make offers along with other companies. After a bachelor degree, the highest you can expect is a 3 - 4 LPA. I don't know for sure but almost 60% students get placement. I am going to complete my masters after getting bachelor degree.
