Remarks :

My college is AICTE-approved and NAAC-accredited with a "A" grade, and it is connected with Anna University. Furthermore, NIRF placed it 135th the prior year, in 2020. The college provides B.Tech, B.Sc. M.Tech. MBA, and other undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in technical, science, and management fields. The placement rate is one of the reasons I chose this college. Almost every student is placed there, either on campus or outside, with top-tier businesses. The first step in applying for admission was to complete an application form online with all of the needed information and pay the application fee. Shortlisting was then based on my MAT score and undergraduate grades. Following that, I was invited to participate in a selection procedure round, and now I am a student at this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course content and test format are current, research-based, and equitable. It offers a variety of study pathways and ensures a higher level of industry expertise. It also teaches a variety of skills and knowledge about how to get on-campus jobs. Every year, students are taken on an industry tour based on their interests. My college's academic programme follows the IIMs' trimester system. Furthermore, the curriculum is revised on a regular basis and created by academics and professionals who adhere to the highest standards of ethics, values, and culture. Marketing, finance, operations, banking, business analytics, HR, entrepreneurship, and others are among the specialisations as well as open electives available.

Placement Experience :

Every year, my college's placement cell provides outstanding placement help, with a 90-100 percent success rate. Top companies from around the nation, including HCL, Tata Consultancy Services, Federal Bank, CUB, ITC Limited, homefirst, exalca, and others, come to our campus to participate in the placement drive. One of my senior colleagues was awarded the maximum pay of 10.5 LPA last year. The average package, however, was 6 LPA. Furthermore, after completing my postgraduate study at this institution, I have opted to pursue a PhD in the same field.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The college's cost structure is reasonable. My course's programme price is 25,000 each semester. The institution offers a variety of services, including online payment and self-paying acceptance for fees. For obtaining admission to my programme, the college does not demand any additional fees. For students from J&K, our college offers the Prime Minister Special Scholarship, which is funded by the federal government. To do so, you must have a Jammu & Kashmir domicile certificate. Scholarships for SC and ST students are available from the Tamil Nadu government, as well as scholarships for minorities, such as Muslims and Christians, from the federal government.

Campus Life :

The campus is exceptionally well-equipped. The gender ratio is split evenly. The institution offers a variety of extracurricular activities. There are adequate laboratories for the students to use. College holds a variety of events to help us develop our talents and knowledge. The college hosts a variety of sporting activities for us to develop our athletic abilities. Every year, our college hosts a cultural festival called Swaram. Aside from that, we have photography clubs, rotaract clubs, cultural clubs, Ravi Varma creative clubs, English Proficiency clubs, and others that we are urged to join and participate in because of the extracurricular activities that are held there.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate is great in this college. Last year placement rate was 96.5% and the second last year it was around 94.7%. In my batch, the most noteworthy bundle of a student was 14 LPA and the least bundle was 6.5 LPA and the most noteworthy bundle is 9.5 LPA and the least was 5.6 LPA. The top companies that recruited us for placements are Microsoft, HCL, Citi Bank, Mahindra, Tata, Wipro, Google, etc. Currently, I am working with Flipkart as a full-time employee and got placed because of my 3-month internship with them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum for the MBA course is researched well. Also, the exam structure followed by the university is quite decent as well. My exam experience with them till now was easy to comprehend. The entire faculty of the MBA department is qualified and extremely professional in their domain. They have always made me understand every single point with utmost clarity. I respect all my professors of the department.

Remarks:

Overall the College is a good college. But there are too many levels of hierarchy. We never really know who is the main head of the institution because there are so many people like Principal, Chairman, Director, Coordinator etc. The university the college is affiliated under is not good. Anna University is keen on looting student's money.
