Entrance Preview :

I took O-JEE scoring 5712(OZ) rank. And I choose this college because at that time it was ranked by student at 11th position. And many seniors also said that it was a good college with good faculties.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Since it is under BPUT. So there were many subjects which are not required for our branch but then also we had to study those subjects. So course structure is not so good. But now 2016 onwards the structured has changed alot

Internships Opportunities :

No, Our college does not provide internship. And I do not think maximum of college provide such thing.

Placement Experience :

I can say that our college is not very bad in placement, I am saying this because many college unable to provide the campus interview to their student. But our college provide this but companies are not famous and salary also less. like 1.8lac per annum or more than this. The maximum placement was done for CSE & ETC branch in our academic year.

College Events :

In maximum colleges mainly three events are celebrated i.e Annual Day Function, Freshers' welcome ceremony and Tech. Fest. In our college also these events are celebrated. In our college tech fest is known as Estrella. In which various events are there like singing, dancing, treasure hunt, circuit design, programming quiz,general knowledge quiz etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure of our our college is not expensive. It is feasible. Every year we spend 70500 rs course fee i.e for two semesters. But now may be it has increased. And If you want travelling vehicle i.e bus then it will cost around 1200 Rs or more and hostel facilities also provided with 50-60 K include fooding.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No, our college does not provide any scholarship or loan facility to students. The state government provide this type of scheme.

Campus Life :

My personal experience with this college is very good. I made good friends who always ready to help. The gender ratio depends on branch like CSE & ETC contain more no. of girls than boys whereas Mech. EE, and other branches contain more boys than girls. Yes,there are many extra activities done like sports,labs,competition, Blood donation camp, Ethical Hacking Labs etc and I liked it.

Exam Structure :

There are two types of exam class test called internal exam & semester exam. On my personal experience I enjoyed lab a lot may be this is just because I like practical. But faculties and lab assistants are very good & humble. They never scold anyone for their mistakes.

Admission :

Firstly I have done counselling at given center. Then I filled up choice of college and got seat on this college. And I went to college for admission at administrative building of the college where I made a DD for NECT(Nilakantha Educational & Charitable Trust). After that I got admission.

Faculty :

In every college there is nothing we can say that all are best. In our college also same. Some of them have very good skills and some of them have lack of teaching skills. All faculties in our college have done minimum qualification of Master degree.

Students are eligible for the campus in the 6th semester. Top Indian companies like Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Jindal, Tata Steel, and many more came for the campus. The highest package was 9 lakhs made by Tata Steel. 99% of students got placed. I had 3 jobs.

Average college within the state at affordable cost and prosperous future

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen this course because at that time I was keenly interested in Engineering drawings, architecture, construction as well as estimations and costing. Here the faculty-student ratio is approx 1:18. Almost 1/3rd of the faculty are permanent and have a doctorate and they are well experienced. Guest faculties are also from prestigious colleges holding masters and bachelors. Examinations were conducted regularly in class as well as there used to be 2 internals in a sem and one end sem exam. Questions were set by the BPUT and it was moderate to difficult level.

College claims to provide 100% placements to its students, Students from the 7th semester can sit in placements. Many big companies come to recruit on campus every year like Amazon, Dell, Accenture, Wipro, cognizant. The HIghest package was Rs 39lpa by amazon. Honest College Review

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester onwards. Companies like Ajatus, Byjus, Wipro , Infosys offer placement opportunities in our college. The placement rate has deteriorated over the past 5 years. Earlier 50 %-80%students were placed but now only 20%-30%are placed. Earlier the highest package was 10 LPA and the average package was 4LPA. Now the rate has decreased greatly. The college still tries its best to bring companies. Earlier the placements were more of on-campus placements but now it's mostly off campus. The training and placement cell hence prepares students for the recruitment process and selects the best students and gets them placed. After getting the degree I would be applying for interviews on the technical line off-campus and side by side I would do my higher studies like M.TECH.
