Course Curriculum Overview :

Having an MBA degree is of great significance. It helps in your career advancement as well as deep knowledge of various subjects. The main reason for choosing an MBA course is that it will enhance my career opportunities and the things learned during the course can help me in achieving success at different phases of my work life. The faculty of our institute is excellent, having deep and thorough knowledge in their respected fields as well as having previous experience in the corporate world. They are very friendly in their teaching method and are ready to help you anytime. A sense of motivation they instill among students during their teaching is what makes them special. AIM MBA program follows a trimester mode system which makes it possible to include a wide range of course contents as well as include more innovative courses. Exams are held at every 4 months interval which makes it easier to remember things learned during each trimester. AIM gives emphasis on how creative your answers are in exams.

Internships Opportunities :

The internship period comprises two months and students may approach any company for an internship in which they are intereted at. A number of companies visit the campus and students can sit in interviews for internships. Companies also give pre-placement offers to students having done brilliant work during the internship period.

Placement Experience :

After completion of the first year, students are eligible for campus placements. Also, companies may offer pre-placement to students having done excellent work during the intership period with the respective company. The placement process starts right after the completion of the first year of the MBA course.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

AIM have a fair & reasonable fees structure along with fee concession to financially weak students having brilliant academic performance. Also, various scholarships can also be availed during the course of your study. The campus placement process begins at a very early stage so that students who are willing to enter the corporate world can have a job before completion of the course.

Campus Life :

Every year sports week is held so that students can showcase their talent in sports by competing with each other in different sports. AIM has a library where books on various subjects can be found. Newspaper is also there so that students can get upto date knowledge rleating to outside world. Students are taken to various industrial visits so as to have a practical knowledge and understanding of how a company works apart from the theoritical knowledge. Students are also required to do various social activities which is also a part of the course. Seminars are also conducted at regular intervals where persons from various companies and enterpreneurs are invited so as to share their knowledge and experience with all the students.

Interview Experience :

The topic of my Group Discussion round was "Mother is the best manager". After completion of my GD round I was called for an Interview round where I was asked about my background, the reason for doing MBA as well as questions relating to finance and commerce and other topics too. The interview was for about 20minutes. Everyone on the interview panel welcomed me with a charming and smiling face which made me feel relax during my interview. The GD & PI round was held on the same day and the results were declared on the very next day.
