Remarks

I have applied for somany colleges for MBBS and BTECH but haven't got admission in any of those colleges ,But I didn't expect I will get admission in cge college because I think It was my 6th option.so I didn't expect to join in this college. But now I'm happy to study in this college

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I want to be an engineer when I was just a child so I choose this course.The students studying here are very friendly The teachers are very informative and they are very educated too.The exam is sometimes very difficult.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Placement Experience

Actually I do have a plan after this degree and that like everyone and that is go to any company and do any job that is related to this degree. And from our college I don't know the percentage of student getting placement, but ofcourse the students with very high mark do get placement

Fees and Financial Aid

I have to complete a tatal of 4 years and I'm funding fees in every year and it's around 60000 per year.And the total fees is around 2 lakhs.And the scholarship is very valuable scholarship in Kerala.And this campus isn't offering job opportunity.

Campus Life

There are somany fest happen in our college.And they are ver very entertaining.And there are somany books available in our college Libray.And ofcourse our college gives a special importance to extra curricular activities.And the most importance is given to football.

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students will be eligible for campus placements Comapnies visited are Walkaro , Talrop. L & T , Infosys, Viseton etc. Mainly software comapnies are visiting for placement drives. An avaerge of 4 lakhs per annum are provided by the companies and the number of offers made are very less as compared to other colleges. Percentile of students getting placements are very less. Plans after Btech is cracking GATE.

Computer science Students got more opportunities in campus placement because IT companies are offered more job opportunities. Campus placement is very less for civil engineering studens and mechanical engineering students.. about 20-40 percentage of students here got job opportunities through campus placement from here. My plan after getting the BTech digree is for doing Mtech.

An honest review of GCE KANNUR by a student

The college is merit based admission college, to get admission in this college you have to write an entrance exam which is KEAM and I have a rank of 16000 in KEAM So the college I first confirmed admission was GEC Kozhikode which was a good college but the campus was too small so there was a spot admission which was held by GCE kannur and I applied for it The admission process is managed by KEAM they give you a date to take admission and the process gets done in 2hrs you have to be physically present with your parents , The overall admission experience was smooth and well managed by the faculties...Read More
