Course Curriculum Overview

4

in terms of relevance like if we start talking about first years , i dont wanna talk about it but about the from 2nd year i do we get to learn java and c more. yeah the exams might come sooner than you expect but you just go with the flow

Placement Experience

4

nehru has implemented placement traninng from the start of the course itself, from first year itself we get to placement classes which made us adapt and get to know how interviews are conducted. from 4th year onwards i think students are eligible for placements and more than 75% of students gets placed every year

Fees and Financial Aid

the fees structure for nehru college is concerningly high as i for one pay 1 lakh 50 thousand but its only increasing as each year goes every year i think they have +10,000, i dont know why they are doing like that but ye it is what it is, btw this is an genuiene review from a student who's studyin in this college for 2 years at this point. yes there are many scholarship but for selected few there maybe i dont have much knowledge about it

Campus Life

5

infrastructure is awesome as it is very nature friendly and has various courts for sports such as volleyball, football, basketball also we have cultural and technical exhibitions namly ENSITE & BLOOM.

Admission

firstly i looked for colleges which had AI&ML and i found out there were but most of them were too far away and needed JEE/KEAM but i did write JEE and nehru was the one i found relatively near to my home around 40 kms which is fine and i didnt apply for other colleges tho i regret not writing KEAM

Faculty

4

my insights on nehru is relatively neutral as there are alot of good faculties and they do teach well to thier students namely in the first years david sir and lisa miss. Both of them from eletrical and electronics respectively they are very well respected by most of all students!! exam systems are good as well and markings are liberal

Night Life

5

night life when we are bloom is awesome there colourful lights everywhere but as for hostlers i think there maybe be some time restrictions and im not aware of that as im a day scholar. there is an tree and the blue steps near the basketball court which we all love to hangout and watch fireworks at bloom

The campus placements are decent. getting placed in a big company is more about having the technical and soft skills to pass the interviews. the placement training helps us develop soft skills but the technical skills must be developed ourselves.

Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows
