IIT roorkee self exam as well as gate. 175/200 approx. overall( written, interview, qualification, experience) it one of the top ranked indian institute of india, studying here is a honour for me and my parents

Course Curriculum Overview :

very good, one of the great advantage of studying here is, whenever u feel saturated u just pack u bag-pack and go to any trek. because its situated in uttarakhand, which is fully blessed by nature.

Internships Opportunities :

yes, 25000 per month for research scholars and 12000 for m.tech scholars.

College Events :

Thomso cultural fest, cognizance technical fest, sangarsh sports fest. These three are the major one inspite of this their are many others

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Feasible not too much for Ph.D scholars but For btech and others its lil bit higher.

Campus Life :

Campus life is full of fun gender ratio is 4/10 girls/boys their are so many events going each weekend here, in every 15 days one new movie is showcasing in giant convocation hall.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel accommodation is 7/10, mess 7.5/10. Total mess charges are 14000 for six months

External Expense : Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Exam Structure :

Good two mid term and one final exam, all exam are completed in 4 months after which 2 months rest

Faculty :

BEST, some of professor are more than 30 years of experience. "it is the first engineering college of Asia"

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I want to become a doctorate so I have chosen a Ph.D. in IIT ROORKEE. One faculty have 2 students each. They all are post-doctorate and Ph.D. holders. After every 6 months, there is an exam held on campus.

Study Ph.D at DOMS IIT Roorkee

Remarks:

DOMS IIT Roorkee involves students in deep research work in the different functional areas of Management. Besides, the facilities for doctoral research for meritorious and aspiring students are provided under full time and part time mode. UG degree with 60% marks and master degree also with 60% marks followed by GATE /NET score and GD, PI are required for the admission.

Placement Experience:

Different companies and organisations visit the campus and conduct a PPT before the interview session. The institute does not offer any placement for Ph.D students during the program. After completion of the program the students get chance to work in different research institutes.
