Remarks :

I did diploma in mechanical engineering and also BE MARINE ENGINEERING from same college. I have a good enough experience here. I searched it through google and it showed in first position. You can contact students at college and ask them about college only problem is food for notmrth indians which is a issue but anyhow once u enter you get used to it.

Course Curriculum Overview :

A good university with sponsorship and good placement also friendly faculty only ex- chief engineer and captains with amazing knowledge about the course. Every year has two semester one in may and second in december

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 1200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

You have to apply privately for internship however college may provide some momey through incubation for project work. Projects may include any engineering built and designed by you within a period of time given by university.

Placement Experience :

Placement is pretty good you can get sponsorship before joining the college. Also if u don?Ûªt get u can get placed in third or fourth year or after that you can directly approach company for jobs it is also an easy method

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Placement and sponsorship available. Scholarship for EWS, ward of ex-servicemen,sc/st. You can get placement in 3rd or 4th year if u maintain a good score above 85%. National portal scholarship also available by ongc and other central govt scheme

Campus Life :

There are several clubs like ncc, nss and cultural clubs also you can join beach cleaning and college development programs in college. Diffrent states festival are celebrated every occasion is amazing experience

Admission :

I faced interview they ask simple questions very easy basic maths and physics. Also in admission the entrance will be based on 12th basics. Try to study and get sponsorship before joining college you can get sponsorship details through admission department.

Remarks:

The facilities and infrastructure of VIT are excellent. There are 24/7 Wi-Fi with high-speed. All the labs were running neatly, all the computers are checked and them running in a proper manner. Classrooms are large and ventilated, infrastructure is also good. There is a big digital library on the campus with all modern facilities available.

Placement Experience:

Almost 90% of students are participating in placements every year. The highest package is about 35 to 40 Lacs per annum, whereas the lowest one is about 7 to 10 lakhs per annum. TCS, IBM, Microsoft, Google are the top recruiting companies. Around 70% of students get internships every year.

One of the best college for arts in Chennai

Remarks:

My college was in the heart of the city and had good commuting facilities from across the city. We had the good faculties and a good atmosphere. Our cricket ground was one of the best and we did have Rahul Dravid and S Ramesh come down for practice and matches. Really loved the 3 years spent in that college
