Madras Christian College (MCC) is a private college of liberal arts and sciences, located in Chennai. Founded in 1837, MCC is affiliated to Madras University and it is one of Asia’s oldest extant colleges. When it comes to BCOM there is more demand in MCC for aided steam the cut off is minimum 99.25 within 99.5 percent the seats will be over. Based on caste some people will be getting around 95% maybe. And they give preference to Christian studends

The admission is purely based on the marks scored in 12th STD. As of undergraduate there is no entrance examination for the students and the selected students were asked to come to college for document verification. For Post Graduate courses, they have entrance examination and students will be selected on clearing the examination.

For the eligibility of the course, you need to have taken Business maths in 12th for morning shift, or otherwise you will be provided with management shift even if you have 99% in all subjects. You can find the application form in our college website.

The eligibility of the course is 12th standard. Admission is not based on any examination but through merit of 12 th marks. Admissions are through mode and studets have to visit campus if they get selected for further procedures. Reservations are provided to students belonging to Christian community.

- I like the campus because of its green environment and it gives the students a sense of freshness with good moral values (in the sense that wildlife here are being not harmed) with that being said all the faculties has been really good and positive.
- Most of the professors are Christians so I feel at home and safe. Not that I am looking down on any other religions but having the same religion people with you is a bonus so I really appreciate it. And their teaching has been excellent (top notch )

Actually I didn't not have any problems regarding the cut off or the eligibility because I was sure such thing would exist that people of this period does not normally survive because of luck but because of hard work and perseverance. However I would have liked it if people were to give me more attention during the selection process and not let us wait for like. Months or so since many students are on the look out for Better opportunities and I am sure that the schools are also well aware of the situations as well. If people wants to give the entrance exams then they can find the website on the net www.mcc.edu.in and can get further details there. Regarding reservation benefits mostly st and sport's quota would be the best if people are aiming for it

- Drees, peacocks, trees, wild bunnies (they cute), the tress on campus (very good and instant peace to the soul), handful of people, meeting people, if you're jobless (not in the literal sense even though you and I are) then you can socialize crazy!
- Platform for trying new things (you have to put yourself out there if you want to try things, nothing's gonna be handed to you), the canteen food is good (atleast the ones I tried)

- HALL LIFE ( -10000000/10), mess food, THE HEAT! and also THE NETWORK (very bad network:'))
- Seriously just hall. Never should have spent a year there. Anything and everything related to hall. Just get a jio sim if network's bad but hall. (no compromise) NEVER COMPROMISE!

The admission process for me was pretty chill. No CUET required, if you're from ST or SC or you're a Christan group then you have reservations. The application forms, application fees and dates are all posted on the official college website. You apply for the college, wait for the admission letter, pay your fees and then go for the verification process on campus. I don't have any issues with the process so pretty chill ( atleast for me)
