Interview Experience :
The admission process includes a Case Discussion and Personal Interview. In the online process usually, there is no case discussion. Under normal circumstances, one can expect the discussion topic to be based on the current affairs that can have a major impact in the business world. A good example of this will be the four day work week. As the interviews happen right after the union budget, it is advised to have an overview of the major points of the budget. The interview is quite detailed, with it majorly divided into three parts: 1. HR part: Basic questions about your goals and career path will be asked, with a special focus on the famed "Why MBA?" question and hobbies. 2. The current affairs part: Be prepared to face questions about the state/city to which you belong, and other major trivia like noble winners or major policy changes. 3. The Academics/work ex part: Here you need to brush up on your undergrad subjects and if you have workex the nuances of the job should be on your tips.
