Remarks :

The name BITS is enough to attract a student. The curriculum, infrastructure, teachers everything is very good here. The best thing about college is 0%attendence rule which makes sure studies are stress free.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Faculty of our college are awesome. This course provides a very basic knowledge in building a career in pharma hence syllabus of our course can be improved a little. Students are free to choose their schedule and teachers. Teachers help us in everypossible way to make sure we get the concepts.

Class Size : 16Course Fees : INR 1700000 per year

Placement Experience :

In our course most of the students prefer to go for higher studies. Most of the companies which come for other branches like cse,it,ece were open for our degree too. Also most of the jobs offered to us are IT related jobs.

College Events :

Very good campus life as many events and fests are regularly held here. Its amazing to be in the campus. Lots of extracurricular activities take place. There are many college clubs and socities to conduct events

Campus Life :

Very great facilities and infrastructure is available in our college. Many food options are available in the college canteen and food outletsvin the campus. Sports and medicinal facilities are also available. The library is accessible to all the students throughout the day with books of all genres available.

Placement Experience:

Here, students can try for internships in the 3rd year. Some students who want to pursue higher education like MTech or MBA or PhD don't go for placements and internships. The placement rounds happen in the 4th year where many companies come to the campus, exams and interviews are conducted to shortlist students. For example, in my branch of civil engineering, the placement percentage last year was 50%, with the average package being around 14 lacs. Many companies come to the campus and the highest package last year was 90 lacs which was for a quant role. There are mostly companies coming for SDE and AI/ML roles. The number of companies coming for Consulting or product management roles is quite declining over the years. My plan is to try for placement in some Tech company, and work for some years then pursue a MBA.

There are placements prvided by our college. They claim to give 98 percent placements but the process is a bit hard. So there are 2 exams of aptitude conducted by college before we can even get in. So after we pass both the exams we will be trained and sent for interviews.
