Remarks :

I have enquired about this university I got the good rewiew, and one of my senior suggested to join in this university.I have searched in Google the rating was also good.I like the college Atmosphere and my course staff they teach us so well.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Surendra babu sir,indhu ratna mam and shanker ganeshan sir were good.Our course syllabus will be updated in our college email.we went for industrial visit last semester in chennai by our course faculty.

Class Size : 55Course Fees : INR 166000 per year

Placement Experience :

So many company's will be visit to our university.They will take interview of an student and they will select the students based on their performance in interview.

College Events :

Every Friday singing,dance programmes will be held.we have two big auditoriums mostly programmes will be held in this two auditoriums.Dance studio is available to practice dance.onam festival will be celebrated.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship is available but I don't know about that.scolarship will be given for each student.loans will be not available.

Campus Life :

Library is so large. Digital library is also available.No need to buy books from out side.All courses books will be available.Labs are also so large,all types of equipments will be present in the lab.large grounds are available for football,basketball,batminton will be indoor,horse riding also available.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel infrastructure is not that much good.we have to share room with 5 members.cupboards are not available.But food is so good and very healthy.but atmosphere will be so good.well secured can't go out after 5.

Students starting placed from their last semester. Reputed companies gave an offer. Like tcs, Accenture, Infosys, etc. The highest package will be 60k and minimum 25k. 98% got placed before completing the degree. 55% above is the minimum for placement if you want to be placed in a high package of salary Job.

SASTRA College Life- An Amazing Experience

Admission:

I got the Admission in this college based on 12th marks and Jee main. i got Jee main score of 130 and 12th marks of 95%. so based on this they will ready a common Merit list and publish the All India ranks. based on your AIR , you will be called for counseling. You have to go to the SASTRA campus, on your allotted counselling date and time and Book the Branch of your choice. This is the Admission process

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course Curriculum is really good it's on par with Bits and Nit syllabus. It's well designed to both suit the students needs and also equip them well with the basic fundamental concepts which can further strengthen their core concepts knowledge . moreover , the syllabus is designed in such a way that it covers 85% of gate exam syllabus. so we can also appear for gate exam immediately after completing our course. The Exam structure is based on conceptual learning. one has to be well equipped with concepts in order to pass in the exams. We must not mug up at any point of time as SASTRA exams will test your concepts rather than ur memory capacity. It will have 3 Cia exams out of which the best 2 exam scores will be considered for internal assessment and then followed by final semester examination which consists of 100 marks out of which 50 will be considered for overall grading. This is the exam structure
