Remarks :

For my course this college is the best and it has good faculty members and nice environment and lab facilities.Learning in this college enhances me to learn new things.Hostel is too good here and campus totally has trees and being here is like being in a home

Course Curriculum Overview :

Faculties are training us well and the curriculum is good and the academics is also good and syllabus is being updated and all the laboratories are well equipped and easy to gain practical knowledge and skills

Course Fees : INR 270125 per year

Placement Experience :

I'm studying first year I haven't visited any company.here placement is good I guess.many students have been placed in good companies

College Events :

There are many extracurricular activities and events.we enjoy alot here.last year yarona event was too good and we enjoyed alot and hostel too conducted small small events for onam celebrations and it's really good to be in this college

Like tcs, Accenture, Infosys, etc. The highest package will be 60k and minimum 25k. 98% got placed before completing the degree. 55% above is the minimum for placement if you want to be placed in a high package of salary Job.

SASTRA College Life- An Amazing Experience

Admission:

I got the Admission in this college based on 12th marks and Jee main. i got Jee main score of 130 and 12th marks of 95%. so based on this they will ready a common Merit list and publish the All India ranks. based on your AIR , you will be called for counseling. You have to go to the SASTRA campus, on your allotted counselling date and time and Book the Branch of your choice. This is the Admission process

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course Curriculum is really good it's on par with Bits and Nit syllabus. It's well designed to both suit the students needs and also equip them well with the basic fundamental concepts which can further strengthen their core concepts knowledge . moreover , the syllabus is designed in such a way that it covers 85% of gate exam syllabus. so we can also appear for gate exam immediately after completing our course. The Exam structure is based on conceptual learning. one has to be well equipped with concepts in order to pass in the exams. We must not mug up at any point of time as SASTRA exams will test your concepts rather than ur memory capacity. It will have 3 Cia exams out of which the best 2 exam scores will be considered for internal assessment and then followed by final semester examination which consists of 100 marks out of which 50 will be considered for overall grading. This is the exam structure
