Remarks :

I wanted to pursue engineering in top 4 branches (CSE,ECE,EE,Mech) and after checking that I could get EE in IIT Jodhpur and IIT Goa, I opted for IIT Jodhpur since it is well established and much older than IIT Goa. The college had excellent facilities and decent placement stats so I chose this

Course Curriculum Overview :

A new course structure has been implemented in our college previous year, this is a course designed to help the students to get knowledge of modern tech. Being in first year, we were not provided much industrial exposure The facilities are good and are willing to help if anyone is interested

Class Size : 93Course Fees : INR 1100000 per year

Placement Experience :

Since the college is new it has not a good alumini network but it is getting better year by year. Our college has also been improving links with industries and has partnership with Nvidia. Companies such as Amazon, Gojek, Goldman Sachs, De Shaw, Directi and TCS visit here

College Events :

The campus life here is awesome and one will never feel bored due to various events happening all across the year. There are various clubs and societies where students can improve their skills and talents. There are frequent workshops for proper exposure. Over technical fest named Prometeo is organised in January. In this students of different colleges participate. There are guest lectures, panel discussions and many technical competitions. Our cultural fest is called Ignus and it is our biggest fest and many famous artists have performed in this such as Mika Singh, Papon, Benny Dayal, ritviz etc. We also have sports fest 'Varchas' and literature fest 'Aaftab'

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There is 100% tution fee waived for SC/ST students and students with annual family income less than 1lac. Students with annual family income less than five lakhs get 75% off in tution fee. Students can also apply for MCM scholarship

Campus Life :

Our college has a large campus spread over 800 acres but many things are still under construction. The hostel is one of the best among IITs as single room with Air conditioner is allocated from 1st year only. We have high speed LAN and WiFi connection in all the buildings of the college including hostel, mess, canteen and lecture hall. The library is not that big but has all the required books and there is plenty of space to study. The labs are newly designed and have all modern equipments. Sports facilities available are not that good and is in a developing stage. There is a football ground, basketball court, tennis court and cricket nets. Cricket ground and badminton court are under construction. There is gym and table tennis room in every hostel

Hostel Facilities :

Yes almost all the students are hostellers here. Each student gets single occupancy room with Air conditioner and WiFi facilities. The hostels are newly built and has tv room, reading room, gym and small badminton court. The hostel fee is around 10000 per semester

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements starting from the 4th year. You get an option to opt a semester for internship in 4th year and the other semester becomes your placement semester. Good known companies visit our campus and we proudly present a good placement rate every year including the recession time. My plan is to work in an IT firm after my college degree. 90-95 percent students get placed by the end of cycle, rest go for masters.

There is no curriculum that influences your decision it's my decision to choose my codes and profession. It's preparing and pursuing in the field of economics. There is no area where we teaching methods and work for improvement. The frequency and timing of the exam is very punctual.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is given by NMC and they are same for all colleges also the hospital posting starts from 2nd year and that is a very good decision. The classes of final year subjects starts from 2nd year and that is not so good decision. There are 2 internals , A PUC and at the end of year a University final exam.

Placement Experience:

The average placement of the college can be concluded as 4-7 lpa. Mining being the creamy layer of the college With an average placement of 12-16 lpa and 100% placement is really phenomenal. Electrical engineering has recently performed very well with an astonishing 95% placement of students with an average of 6-7 lpa and 12,16 lpa being highest. Agricultural engineering is also an underrated branch of the college with 100% placement. Other branches like civil engineering and mechanical engineering are relatively not preferred by students due to bad professors and lack of good placement ratio
