Remarks :

Because it's a central university And has a good ranking The study atmosphere is okayish There are no placements The campus is good Teachers are helpful in psychology department I have opted the course in clinical psychology as I want to work as a therapist.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The syllabus is old fashioned and not updated at all. There is no exposure as such. And no field visits are done so far. Just the teachers are learned and are very helpful but other than that it's nothing extraordinary.

Course Fees : INR 12000 per year

Placement Experience :

There are no placements offered in my course. There is although a cell for placements but I don't think that works.

College Events :

The social life at BHU is very happening. The management is good Almost all the festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm. There are also shows by renowned celebrities. The annual festival is great.

Campus Life :

There is no wifi and I don't exactly know about the sports facilities. Concerning psychology lab it is good we have all the tests and equipments that are required. The library is good with all the useful material.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course structure was well designed and updated with the ongoing preparations of government exams which helped me alot in my preparations as everywhere polity is something that is a mandatory one and hence the curriculum plus the overall teaching pattern the timing of exams and the level of difficulty was moderate if someone had attended all the classes, plus the marking scheme was a bit hard and other aspects like attendance was also included, however there's no such compulsion that one must attend the classes this was only applicable for sessionals

from 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements comapniess that visited our campus are cape gemini ,wipro,tcs, accenture, palo alto and many more.. last year highest i think was 54 lpa and average was of 4-5 lpa a decent amount of students got placed this year too 300+ in capegemini and 108+ in tcs and many in accenture too
