Remarks :

The education of Jagannath Barooah College is very good. It received NAAC A grade and NIRF 427 ranking. The teaching and learning faculties are awesome. Moreover the college have very modern facilities. So that I got admission in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Class timing is from 9:00 am to 3:45 pm generally with necessary breaks. And two sessional exams are taken per sem before final semester. And there are various assignments given by various teachers. And methods of teaching of our highly qualified teachers is excellent. The college is good.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 8760 per year

Placement Experience :

There is no placement for the students in our department. But, it does take place in the Department of Computer Science & IT. Some companies that came to hire students include Wipro, SBI Life, Mahindra Satyam, TCS.

College Events :

Assam Student union is the student society. Cultural, sports teaching seminar will be conducted. College organise a annual fest Anirvana which includes all sports, cultural, management fests. College life is good and enjoyable.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is really hard and it all depends on me how much I study because the teachers doesn't teach good. And there's 7 subjects in the course which is too much. The exams timing are sometimes too late or too early. And the questions papers are set really hard sometimes.

My elder brother studied in this college so I too took admission in this college so that we can go college together other than that good faculty, all my friends took admission in this college and classroom are big

This college offers the best courses for students

Remarks:

The college has really good infrastructure and good facilities. The faculty is also very well educated and teaches the students very well. It has really good placements for the students as well.

Admission:

Just like majority of colleges in India this college also follows merit-based admissions system. So to be eligible for an admission the student has to pass 12th and 10th grade with really good percentage and then apply online for admission.

Great infrastructure and teaching methods

Remarks:

I really love this college it has a great atmosphere and infrastructure as well as the students in the college are well mannered and nice. The teachers in the college also teach the concepts very well.

Admission:

The college does not have any more of online application. To get an admission in the college the students have to physically go and get an application form by paying Rs.200 to the college and fill it up.

The college is very friendly, and donot let you miss your family. We have much freedom like wearing whatever we liked as it didn't have uniform. We can use our phones or laptops inside our classrooms for the study works. The teachers are good. The staff is also friendly. All over it is good. But few things need to be taken care of like the poor condition of the toilets and some classrooms are very dirty.
