Remarks :

CUSAT is a Government organization centrally sponsored with 200 acres campus with all the basic amenities and necessary state of the art lab facilities. It has an economical fee structure with exposure of a versatile opportunities. The best part is placement offers, it has better placement offers than peer colleges and PAN companies like Cisco and Amazon visit regularly.It is situated at the heart of vibrant kochi which is itself is an blessings with all the metro city perks

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is very minutely designed to best fit the industry requirements.it is updated regularly and last updated in 2019. It is vast as compared to other private colleges but it will be constructive.The examination pattern is extensive and exhausting. I will say it has mixed faculties with some having extra ordinary subject knowledge to some newbies learning to cope up.Every subject is well designed with practical experience and application for example in 4 year btech program I had 4 mini projects and 15 labs. overall it's good.

Class Size : 45Course Fees : INR 320000 per year

IIM kolkata

Placement Experience :

Generally CUSAT has all kinds of companies visiting campus from large tech gaints like AMAZON,CISCO which hire for SDE and analyst roles to service based companies like TCS INFOSYS AND wipro. generally the student whose all papers are clear land with a job offer before leaving campus. It's placement cell is strict with deadlines and discipline.it has very rich alumni group making to VP and COO post of companies like apple but CUSAT don't have a vibrant alumni association it's just for a formality.

College Events :

What other place in india than kerlala if you have a roaming heart,social life is cool as sunburn and other DJs visit regularly it is fun in CUSAT. Cultural events are generally extensive and elaborate which consists of band battles music nights modern Western dance offs DJs and bollywood films promotion events. Tech. Events are mixed as it totally depends on students how much efforts they put in

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes if you are topper then your minimal fee amount is also subject to reimbursement as you get significant fee amount back as reward.if you belong to a economically weaker family background and meet their fulfillment of the criteria your fee amount is also subject to reimbursement.

Campus Life :

It has all the basic amenities required for academic as well as non academic necessities like playground badminton arena basketball volleyball tennis etc.we have 2 sports events at University level and 2 at college level. There are proper arrangements for different labs like mechanical electrical civil computer and other trades. There is no issue wit fund allocation for labs.

Hostel Facilities :

Every student gets a double room with common washrooms though the electricity and other perks are free and room size is good the college provides bed table chair and wardrobe facility. All students have options to select their room partner.girls are not allowed in bots hostel and vice versa

Hostel Fee : INR 2400 per year

The best institution where you can excel.

Placement Experience:

The college provides plenty of placements for the students as the college has years of experience. The highest package for placement in engineering is 36 LPA and average for architecture is 12 LPA. Almost 80 percent of students get placed every year,The rest pursue for higher studies. Students who pass out from the institution are given consideration due to its prestige.

Remarks:

Good government University with better placement opportunities, infrastructure and good educational environment. Fee Structure is feasible and the university is stands apart.

Placement Experience:

Placement and job opportunities are fairly good in my college. A lot of good companies come for placement drives every year but it mostly depends on the student themselves. Companies like cisco,MuSigma, Goldman Sachs, Ernst and Young, Larsen and Toubro and many more come every year.

Entrance Exam. During 1991 there was an entrance examination conduction at all India level and the admission was provided on the entrance exam score. After we have been selected for this course, there will be a small interview process to understand the candidate's attitude and passion. Admissions provided based on the above factors.

A good college

Admission:

After giving the entrance examination called NEET, I apply to this college through their official website where the application form was available and got enrolled for the MBBS course. I was called upon the counselling session and got selected. This selection was purely on the basis of merit.

Placement Experience:

The jobs were organised at the end of last year, since it is a professional course the job but easy to get and we could apply at any hospital. The college?s hospital used to conduct its own interview sessions and most of the students were placed at the campus itself. Many opted to apply at AIMS, Maulana Azad. All of the students used to get placed with an average package of Rs.7 lakhs per annum.
