Remarks :

Our college is one of the best college in west bengal.Our teachers are very good.Our teachers are very helpful. Whenever we go to the teachers, they never give back. They never say no now, come later. They help a lot. Our weekly tests are taken. All in all, our teachers are very friendly and very helpful.Campusing in our college is very good.Besides, here is a temple in our college and every evening we get prosadam from here.These things I like most about this college.These factors were made me to choose this college.The modern world based on computer. Besides,I have great interest in computer from my school life.And so I opted the course.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculties were very good. Among them I think the CSE faculty was very amazing.The syllabus has been created to keep pace with the times.The syllabus was very updated which helps us to gain knowledge in every subject. Our teachers help us very much.They are so much helpful.I am provided enough industrial exposure.

Placement Experience :

Many companies come to us. For example: TCS, INFosys, Capgemini, Tata, Amazon, Wipro etc. Companies come. We got 90% of the jobs this time. Our training and placement cell here helps us to get a job and is very good.All in all,the placements and job opportunities are very good.

College Events :

My campus life was very amazing.Our college organised various festivals like i.e.Tech fest,Rabindra Joyonti,Bangali New year e.t.c.Every year our college organize these types of festivals. Every students participated in every festivals which was organised by our college. Besides every year our college organised Annual Sports Day.Every students took part on it.Every festivals are very big and all student of our college take part on every fest.

Overall a Standard College; have parallels to its parent college FIEM

Placement Experience:

At the end of the 6th Semester many MNCs and startups like CTS, TCS, Virtusa, Wipro, etc visit our campus for internship opportunities as well as pre-placement offers. Most of the students do crack some or other internship opportunities and get in-hand industry experience. For our batch the highest offer we received is 7LPA and the average package ranges at about 4.5 - 3.5LPA ! Almost everyone does get placed, but the average ranges at about 70%-80%.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements after the 2nd Semester. HCL, OYO, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Dabur, ITC, BYJUs, etc. are brands that visit our college. The highest package was offered 9 LPA by OYO and the average package is somewhat around 4.5LPA. 80% of students are able to crack placements from our college. I am actually looking for an FMCG company after the degree from campus placements.

Distance education in nutrition

Remarks:

The college is a very old and well known one in West Bengal and being a part of the university has helped me learn the reason behind it. The staff and faculties of the college are so helpful and nice that it would be dream to a part of this institution.

Admission:

For the admission process I had to register on the official website and then check out the details of the course along with the eligibility criteria and the fee structure. After this I filled in my details and got a registration number and password through which I could log in and fill up the application form and make the application fee payment along with the first course fee.

The authority should look after the building, accommodation, library and the cafeteria. Library doesn't at all contain a good collection of quality books for individual subjects.The Canteen/Cafeteria is not upto the mark and the building should be remodeled.
