Course Curriculum Overview :
The modules we had as our course curriculum were practically the best as per my perspective and also we experts who made us practice in the labs. We were taught the aspects of various dishes and the requirement of nutrition and its production process along with the procedure. We had majorly theory exams and practical assignment submission.
Placement Experience :
In the institute, this course was considered a fast track course among the students after which the placement opportunities at the Taj Group of Hotels, LE Meridan, Lemon Tree, Royal Jordanian gave jobs to the students and also hired students after graduation as an intern.
College Events :
There was an auditorium with a much large stage generally where all the events are organized by the institute like cultural dance events, national awards for excellence in a faculty felicitation program. Also, there are seminars on hospitality management.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
I had one year of course for tuition fees of 55,000 and six months of internship which I had to choose. As the fees were worth the academics and curriculum I felt the structure feasible and the classmates also think the same.
Campus Life :
As there was not much theory curriculum, we had mane extracurricular activities based on the modules as well as the extra research work. There were non-technical workshops and seminars to motivate us in creating new ideas. I saw almost the same gender ratio with a few diversity of students.
Admission :
In the middle of reserved seats for the students of reserved category, I somehow managed to get admission here in Diploma basically for the Food Production stream. I cleared all the eligibility criteria and took admission through an online platform.
Faculty :
We had assistant professors as our professors for the whole of the curriculum and they were always ready to give us the best they can. Also, the course and topic they preferred were in the line format completely related to the previous one.
