Honestly, this college was never my first choice. But my parents really convinced me to join this college and I'm glad I was a part of this college. During my admission , I gave entrance in two other colleges but after doing the campus tour, I was so sure in my mind that this is the college I want to be in (only if I crack the entrance, which I did). Not only academically but if have any other hobby you can showcase it during the college fests. You will always be appy.

I applied only for St. Edmunds. I have heard great things about the college. That excited me.When I first visited the college, the infrastructures were so great. It wasn't strictly restricted to studies alone. It also focused on tons and tons of activities like sports, dance, arts etc which perks my curiosity. The campus, ground, the trees are so healing. The canteens are also affordable and for hostelers like us,it is healthy to have a canteen that provides rice, curries etc. Both boys and girls have their separate common rooms which are the best. I chose Edmunds over others because of the campus size, the location, the varities of courses and their history. The Principal is so chill. He is the kindest. I love how every part of the building connects. The lectures are also great to attend because the teachers are easy to approach. There is no CUET needed. It was a first come, first serve basis. They were quick to respond with the admission processes which was necessary for us

I applied for st Edmund's and st Anthony's..I chose st Edmund's over Anthony's as Anthony's did not have the course BA geography and I didn't like their campus.St Anthony's and St Edmund's were the only colleges I applied for . Earlier I wrote clat but couldn't clear it.In st Edmund's college admissions are done online and the main criteria is your class 12 marks .There is no specific cutoff .Most preferred students are catholic students . Overall admission process was simple and direct .

I applied to st Anthony's college in shillong. However, i got admission in st Edmunds college, shillong. This is because of their college outstanding performance in all aspects. I got rejected from st Anthony's college. The reason is due to late admission in the college . The admission process is usually done online in its site. An amount of 1000 had to be paid

I did get into the other colleges that I applied to but I wanted to pursue Sociology and not all the other colleges provided a course in the same. I had also heard a lot about the reputation that the college holds and the enthusiasm of the faculty members that encouraged me to pursue Sociology here.

The admission process is both available online and offline. The entrance exam doesn't matter since they provide BSC, courses for science students. The exam is from time to time but sometimes the syllabus is not finished before the exam the level of the exam is medium

Every detail is on the St Edmund's official website. In my case my percentage was 70.6 so i was able to get in immediately. The cutoff id 55% and you might get a chance if and only if students don't claim their seats. Exams are 3 hrs for 5 questions carrying 15 marks each. Well it certainly is very hard to write for such at only 3 hrs time but with practice yeah.

Till our batch, CUET was not necessary for NEHU-affiliated colleges. So we did not give any entrance exam. It was solely based on our class 10 and 12 percentages. We applied online and to be honest, I did not face any difficulty in my admission process and really glad that they accepted my application.
