Central Sector Scholarship for Top Class Education
- Criteria for SC Students: The SC students belonging to the 1st semester of 3 years B.Sc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration program, whose parents’ income is below INR 4.5 LPA, will be eligible for this scholarship. This scholarship is limited only to five students.
- Criteria for ST Students: The ST students belonging to the 1st semester of 3 years B.Sc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration program, whose parents’ income is below INR 4.5 LPA, will be eligible for this scholarship. This scholarship is limited only to two students.
- Criteria for Disability Student: The disability students belonging to 3 years B.Sc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration Program, whose parents income does not exceed INR 6.0 LPA, will be eligible for this scholarship. This scholarship is limited only to two students.
Merit Cum Means Scholarship
- Selection for grant of this scholarship shall be made only from amongst such candidates who fulfill all the criteria and apply for the same.
- The scholarship shall be provided to one student in each of the six-semester who obtains the highest percentage of aggregate marks the minimum being 60% in JEE/ First/ Second/ Third/ Fourth and Fifth-semester final examination.
- The gross family income of the beneficiary from all the sources should not exceed INR 3 LPA.
- The student is offered this scholarship should not be in the receipt of any other scholarship/stipend etc. under some other scheme, he/she will be required to exercise his/her option of choosing the scholarship that he/ she proposes to avail.
- The amount of scholarship is to the extent of full semester fee except examination fee and caution money as application from time to time.

The students should have passes +2 exam with English language.Then a entrance examination is conducted named NCHM JEE of 200 marks in 3 hrs which is conducted on computers. I have applied to different colleges like wgsha Manipal, IPU and ITM IHM. All the colleges were good but IHM Bhubaneswar was better than it. I have not availed any quota but there are various kinds of quota like sc, st and obc. The college you get is on your rank secured in nchm jee and no minimum age criteria. The admission process is simple after securing your rank in nchm JEE there are two rounds of admission in which you need to fill central IHM and state IHM according to your choice and rank. After that, you get a college based on your rank and you need to deposit an amount to secure your seat.

We went for a 4 months of industrial training as a part of our curriculum, Each and every faculties were best at their fields. Starting with Usha ma'am for housekeeping, Gautam sir and sudhir sir for food and beverage service, Prakash tripathi sir, gaurav sir, for food production, Gyan ranjan sir and yuvraj sir for front office. Even our principal used to take classes for interview preparation. And many more, if I start taking names words will fall short.

Yes, all students are entitled to industrial exposure training as it is also a part of the curriculum and helps to understand the concept of how situations can be handled effectively after employment. The faculty does their best to bring out the capabilities of each student.
