Course Curriculum Overview :
We had a general course because at first we were taught the basic aspects of general knowledge, history, and more emphasis was given on the English stream. However, every six months the institute took exams and internal viva at the college campus according to the time table noted on the notice board.
Placement Experience :
As I selected a five-year curriculum, the job prospects I saw for the seniors were good but the preparation was much needed before giving the interview. However, the salary package was much different, based on the student's performance in front of the interviewers.
College Events :
We start every event with the Law Anthem of JB Law College like cultural programs, national holidays, and non-technical workshops by some experts invited by the college. For student's motivation, the college organizes expert lectures and video sessions at the auditorium on campus.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
As hereby the JB Law College, the fees for the BALLB stream was 13,500 and similar for all the years and the college included all the extra charges in the fees itself. Due to such lower fees, everyone at the college can afford it and did the payment on time.
Campus Life :
The college was much keen to provide a balanced curriculum along with the activities like auditorium webinars, expert video lectures, numerous sports, and alumni-student meet. Also, the ratio of males and females was almost the same as students from various religions compared to the regional one.
Alumni/Alumna :
This particular institute has fixed dates for alumni students to visit the events where the college itself organizes and invites alumni students. It is more like a unique program where the students can get the overall experience of the alumni students. However, I had quite an interactive talk with the senior students.
Admission :
I followed the dates listed on the official website for the admission in BALLB stream which was a five-year course. Also, this course was a direct one and students get both the degree in a single course therefore I applied at JB Law College with all the documents offline.
Faculty :
The qualification of the faculty was mostly the Doctor of Philosophy degree while few were qualified from LLM degree. But, I had a good overall experience and got much to learn new from the faculty in various aspects also other than curriculum.
