Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum of the BBA course is vast but at the same time very generic. The curriculum followed here enriches the knowledge of the students without putting a lot of pressure on them. It is therefore, wholesome.

Placement Experience :

The placement and job opportunities of the college are really good and almost all the students get placed because of the colleges' placement cell. They collaborate with many esteemed companies and therefore, enabling the students to have a lucrative career ahead.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure of the college is pretty feasible as the BBA course costs ?2.27 lakhs for the complete three year, full time, on-campus course. In my opinion, it is value for money if a student really wishes to pursue this course.

Campus Life :

There are several extracurricular activities organised by the college such as fests, events, visits, seminars etcetera with an intention to provide an environment that facilitates the holistic development of a student.

Alumni/Alumna :

A student who does not belong from Shillong can also learn at this university because of the comfortable hostel facility provided by the college. It costs ?60,000 per year per student to avail the hostel facility.

Admission :

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration course from Martin Luther Christian University and I've to say that it is one of the best universities to offer this course and the admission procedure is user-friendly.

Faculty :

The faculty of the college is skilled, experienced and very helpful. They are the ones who have set the benchmark of education really high. They take personal interest in the growth and development of every student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I have taken is BA history Hons. The reason for this decision is to prepare for NET. The curriculum is very broad that it has provided new knowledge and preparations. The teachings should focus more on the subjects and not to go too much beyond it. The timing of examination is usually morning , and the difficulty level is 5 out of 10

"Empowering Minds: Union Christian College, Shillong"

Course Curriculum Overview:

In UCC, earlier my brother and sister also studied and i could not make in Anthony's and Edmund's, so I choose this college. The allocation of college is one the best I have seen so far. It is best for those who want to be something in life because the college is little bit far from the main town and the local near this college also not allow any consumption of alcohol, drug, weed etc in the village. They even not allowed to sell them. I like this college as it is. So I don't want to comment on the improvements. The timing odlf exams is similar with other colleges, 3 hours.

College Experience

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

I only started this year so I don't know how much fees in total I have to pay in a year, but i paid forst installment 7100 after getting admission, i think i will need to pay 7100 or more for every semester. If a student wants to go to the college gym, then they have to pay 1000 monthly for it. My batchmates taking BSC pays more, if I'm not mistaken he paid around 19,000 for first installment. I haven't really applied for scholarships yet since i only got admitted not long ago, and about the merit cum needed, i think if a students get a good grade then they do not need to pay their fees, I'm not really sure.

A brief review of St. Anthony's College

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from 4th semester onwards. Many tech companies such as TCS, Accenture, Cognizant etc visits the campus as well as different medicine companies such as Dr Reddy, Sun Pharma etc also visits other companies and banks also visits during the placement week. For me now it's okay but we got many teachers for only one subject and not just 2-3 but 5 .soo it's kind of weird and feels very unnecessary . One of the major problem that we faced that our college was not sure whether to apply NEP20 or not . Because of that we were not sure of the syllabus. And in first semester I think main subject were not so main.

This college is one of the best and beautiful colleges of North-east and I always wanted to take admission in this college. After completing my graduation course, I took admission in this college on the basis of my graduation percentile.

Placement Experience:

Every year many esteemed companies visit this campus for recruitment. The Placement and Training Cell of this college is very active and invite new companies every year. The highest package of last year was about Rs.6 Lakhs and the average package was Rs. 4 Lakh
