- Burdwan University has released the Phase 2 Counselling & Admission Schedule for PG courses under Arts Faculty. Online Counselling for candidates shortlisted in the Broad Merit List will be held from Nov 18 to Nov 22 and from Nov 25 to Nov 26, 2024 through Google Meet. Further, candidates who will be provisionally selected after online counselling must deposit the admission fees online from Nov 26 to Nov 30, followed by document verification of such candidates from Dec 2 to Dec 4, 2024. - Registration cum Enrollment process is open for students admitted to 1st semester UG (3 year or 4 year Hons), 5-year Integrated LLB, and 1-year Professional courses like DVA & B.P.Ed from Oct 25 to Nov 17, 2024. About Khatra Adivasi Mahavidyalaya
Khatra Adibasi Mahavidyalaya is a Government Aided Degree College which is, from its very beginning, is providing sincere efforts to enhance the conditions of the educationally backward people of the area. The college was inaugurated in the year 1979 by the Government of West Bengal. The college is affiliated to Bankura University and accredited 'B+' Grade Degree college by NAAC.
Khatra Adibasi Mahavidyalaya provides undergraduate courses that include BCom, BSc, BA, BA (Hons.), BCom (Hons.) and BSc (Hons.) across a vast range of subjects. Admissions to the college are conducted strictly on merit basis.

Hi, I am a student of the khatra adivasi Mahavidyalaya. I am studying in 2nd year. our college is so beautiful. there are many buildings and many classrooms. the college area is so pleasant and clean. our college professors are very careful about our studies. they are very friendly to us. my home is 20km away from the college but I don't miss any day. There are many cultural programs held in our college like robindra Jayanti, Saraswati Puja, tree plantation program etc.

B.Com is a 3 year undergraduate course which provides students wide range of managerial skills and offers In depth understanding in subjects like Economics, Business Law, Accounting, Insurance and Management.
