Remarks :

The college is one of the best in Chandigarh and the college management is top notch. The admission criteria is pretty neat and transparent too

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course is very intellectual and it provides with a lot of general knowledge.it also has a research methodology and gives a lot to learn and it is very relevant to indian administration and its functioning of all the government bodies, you get to learn a lot about indian govt and you can be a professional in any govt body

Placement Experience :

Placement of the college does not matter because the college prepares you for the competitive exams that students will go on to appear to secure a job in indian govt body or any administrative body

College Events :

The main events celebrated in our colleges are Sparkles and a cultural fests and a couple of other fests as they invite various punjabi and bollywood celebrities and the events are majorly a hit and these events take place in the college itself.cultural events feature a lot of artistry activities too

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is pretty nominal as the fee collected is semester wise and the fee per annum is 30000inr and the mode of payments accepted by college are cash through cash counter of college.online payment through challan. There are only one other additional fees and charges that are to be paid that are examination fee.Yea the college does provide transperency in fee breakdown

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes the college did offer scholarship but i did not avail it but one of my batchmates did receive it and they filled a form for it and 10000inr was given to her

Campus Life :

The gender ratio in college was uneven as 60% girls were there and rest of them were boys Co curriclar activities were a hit as sports was promoted hugely and the students also participated in college level, state level and national level championships.Intra college debates were also held however there was no robotics there

Hostel Facilities :

No i did not opt for hostel rooms because i had an accomodation outside the campus but there are only 3 hostel of boys and 3 of girls and the hostels are good as i have visited them a couple of times and they include mess and canteen so residents get good quality food within hostel

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni network is not that strong and we did not have a cozy relation with our seniors. As soon as the classes ended people went to their homes and there was not much interaction with the seniors

Admission :

I applied for the masters in public administration and my name came in the 3rd merit list as 1st and 2nd counselling had been done before that as 1st counselling happened on 3rd july,2nd on 10th july and 3rd on 4th august 2015 and in 3rd counselling i was admitted in the course

Faculty :

The faculty of the college is very helpful as all the teachers have passed their doctorate in public administration and they posses a great deal of knowledge about the subject.Teachers help students with the assignments and with their study of the course and they pass on their knowledge to the students so they have a bright future in indian administration

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best thing about this curriculum is that it is non very burdensome for us and easy to navigate through. It is well divided into multiple units making it easier to navigate through. For example - there is this course of key concepts in the very first semester which lays foundation for upcoming all semesters. Similarly in the first semester, we are taught Constitution of India laying the basics very clear . I personally choosed this course due to my interest and it's application in almost every competition exam out there. There can be a little bit improvement regarding the introduction of research methodology courses. Since there are no courses yet, it often cause a problem for students who want to pursue PhD in future. The frequency of exams is fine enough as there is a lot of time for us to adjust in the new semester and enjoy all the curricular and co curricular activities without a constant load of examinations all the time. This is the best thing I find.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Show me the curriculum was pretty good, it did not cover all the clinical aspect. I would definitely say that, but overall it was moderate level of education. It helped me to make my basics much more stronger, and this helped me in preparing for my future exams. The class is generally of 50 to 45 minutes. we also have practical classes of one hour twice a week. The classes generally starts from 9:30 AMand can continue till 3 PM.
