Remarks :

The college needs to improve upon the infrastructure and placement.

Entrance Preview :

The entrance of I. E. T LUCKNOW is through UPTU. I scored a rank of 1602 GENERAL category in the same I. E. T is the second best college in UPTU after hbti. It was my second preference after hbti.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I. E. T has now become an autonomous body. It has its own syllabus and examination. Now one does not has to go through the UPTU semester examinations. It conducts its own examination. Since papers are also checked in the college itself, one can see through the mistakes done.

Internships Opportunities :

I did my internship from Ericsson India Pvt Ltd. The stipend was 5000 per month. Internship is not compulsory. One has to the compulsory industrial training.

Placement Experience :

I. E. T has a placement cell that takes care of the placement. Companies like Adobe, TCS, Tech Mahindra, One97, Idea and others have recruited from the college. It has an average placement.

College Events :

It has an annual sports event and cultural event which are orgainsed on an inter college level. Apart from these there are various societies that keeps organising technical and cultural events.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Being a government college the fee structure is quite feasible. The tuition fee is approximately 50000 per year. Apart from this they have placement fee, and some other charges.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarships are there for the SC, ST and OBC category students who do not fall in the creamy layer. Earlier scholarship was also given to top 5 students but that has disappeared now.

Campus Life :

The college lacks in infrastructure. The labs are there but the equipments are quite outdated. Sports events are orgainsed every year on an inter college level. The college has its dance team, singing team, dramatics team who not only participate in their college but also in other colleges like IIM LUCKNOW, IIT KANPUR

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facilities are quite good. From 3rd year onwards they provide a single sharing room. The mess food is good both in taste and quality.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Every year an alumni meet is organised to bring upon the alumnus together. Not only this alumnis take an active part in improving the college. A Facebook group has been made through which the issues are discussed on which the college needs improvement.

Exam Structure :

Apart from the semester exams it has its own class test conducted twice in every semester which was necessary to be on track.

The Campus life

Placement Experience:

Placement of the college is decent highest package was 30 lac per annum and average is 6-7 lac per annum....From 6th semester u are eligible for the campus placements.... companies that visited are- IBM, TCS,etc I just don't remember now there are many... percent of students getting placements are near about 80% i guess

Placement Experience:

The placement is very good in my college. From the 7th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Mahindra etc do visit my college. The highest package is 16 lacs per annum and the average package is 4 lacs per annum. 95 % of students of the batch get placement every year. My plan is to get a placement in a product-based company after completing my degree.

Best college for developing startup skills

Remarks:

The best part of this college is that it has an incubation centre which is governed by the DST government of India to promote new innovative ideas and mould the incubator to start there startup and became an entrepreneur.

Admission:

I always want to become a mechanical engineer because innovation and technology attracts me. This college focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship Development skill and this is the main reason to select this college. Entrance Preview:

I took entrance examination of UPTU and scored 4500 rank. I chose this college as I was getting Computer science branch in this college. Moreover many of my school time scenarios were in this college and gave fabulous feedback which at last proved to be true.
