Remarks

Best in vishakapatnam nice placements better than some colleges so I have chosen this college and mainly it has a well maintained greenery and pleasantness all over the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus course was updated on average.But we were provided with enough industrial exposure. The faculties are very good and helpful,they are so friendly with the students. Mrs. Jyoti ma'am,she is the nicest person I ever met.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 74000 per year

College Events

The university holds a big technical, cultural, management festivals. For participating it is divided in zonal levels. They are very big celebrities come there for the performance and around 1-2 lakh students attend the festival.

Campus Life

My college contains volleyball court, badminton court,table tennis and basketball court. The size of library is very large like 50 students can sit easily in library. As the college just started 2 years ago, the equipments in the labs are new and all type of equipment are available there.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (4th year). Few companies visit VBSPU for placements, and most are mass recruiters offering IT support and sales-related roles. Since placement opportunities are limited, only a small percentage of students secure on-campus jobs. RECM - Underrated but a great future ahead.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to appear for placement from seventh semester. In Civil Engg Dept 40 students enrolled for campus placement and 28 students were offered jobs till the final semester. L&T Infra, Tata Steel, Prism Cement, ACC Cement are some of the prime recruiters. Highest package offered was 7.5 lpa , lowest 4.2 lpa and median was 5.5 lpa. Profiles offered were Project Associate ,BIM Engineer, Site Supervisor, Area Head (Sales). 70% of students got placed in the first batch of this college from civil engg dept. Currently I am serving as Junior Engineer at DFCCIL (Railways).
