Remarks

I chose this university because I have my family business and parents wanted me to look into it staying back in Varanasi. This was a reason and other was I'm in politics so this university was best for me as staying in my hometown I can also develop my career in politics.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Course, curriculum, academics and faculty is not very good. Everything here is controlled by the student council and the elected representative. Even the teachers are absent many times, even if they come class is rarely conducted.

Placement Experience

3

Placements and internships are not available for every course here. However, some of the courses have job placements options like internships for management students. The overall placement system was just moderate, but our college offers jobs and may provide various exposures. So it is good to gain knowledge and develop skills related to career development. Some of the companies visit here to recruit students only from some specific courses.

College Events

5

Campus life is ordinary here like generally we don't attend classes or classes are not held so we pass the time going in the ground and practice for our respective games we play. The biggest function we have is our election, that's the one of the greatest and the best event of your college.

Campus Life

3

Campus infrastructiure is quite good. Like the size of library is almost 2250 sq.meter, we have books and magazines kept but the books are not updated with the demand. We don't have proper wifi connection mostly the wifi does not work. We have sports facilities and that is the best thing of our university.

Placement Experience:

In this university, the students got campus placement only last year. There are some companies which can be visited like us, Amazon, linked in, etc. The percentage of getting placement is very low. My plan after getting my degree is more knowledge by doing post-graduation

Placement Experience:

In their 3rd year, students become eligible for campus placement. The highest package is of about 6 lac and the average package is of 4 lac. About 20% of students get placements from universities. My plan is to get a good job at a reputed company.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of the placement percentage in this course is very good as compare to other other courses Faculty members in this college is well qualified and very supportive when ever you need any help And their is 1 faculty for every 4 students. Teaching method are good, faculty provides all the important notes. we have 1 semester in 1 year just like our school exams, exams are not very difficult to pass if you study.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester students become eligible for campus placement as after completing the sixth semester they can apply for the available vacancies. The companies which visited a college for placement are Flipkart Zomato Axis Bank etc. These companies gave many offers to the students to apply for the job, the best ones are selected. Highest package given to a student is 5lakhs Annual. To the student who had much quality 70% of students in the college get placements after they complete their studies. My plan after getting the degree is to apply for a job in a bank or to look for any government sector to work in.

Admission:

The admissions are purely based on merit. The eligibility criteria is a student must have passed INTERMEDIATE WITH 40% FOR GENERAL AND OBC, SC/ST -33% MARKS. There is no Interview and the total number of seats intake are 80. The admission process is quite straightforward and lucid. I chose B.com because it provides a broad scope of employment options and job scope for graduates as a large number of B.Com graduates choose to pursue self-employment or land lucrative salary packages in prestigious companies.

Remarks:

Starting off with the negative effects of attending college. Tuition has skyrocketed over the years leaving college students thousands of dollars in debt right out of high school, since many people cannot afford to fully pay their schooling off. Going in that much debt is a huge benefactor of people attending college because many people just cannot afford it.

A few negative effects are debt, partying, sexual assault, missing family and friends, and stress. Positive effects are he/she gets a degree, makes new friends, becomes more diverse, most likely gets a good job after graduating, and helps he/she to become more independent and grow as an individual.
