Course Curriculum Overview :

The duration of the course is 3 years and the curriculum includes the following subjects : Accounting principles Export and import laws Economic policies Other aspects that impact trade and business The curriculum of the course is designed in a way such that it inspires students to project towards entrepreneurship.

Placement Experience :

Placements in this course are quite good and some of the top recruiters are Tata Consultancy Services Limited, Genpact, Accenture, EY (Ernst & Young), J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (JPMCC), HDFC Bank Pvt Ltd, HSBC.But the package is a bit low due to lack of work experience.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees of the course is INR 77,000 which is a bit expensive than most of the DU colleges but since Unity Degree college is a brand in itself and offers good placements, the sum isn't too expensive. It is affordable and quite feasible for most of the students.

Campus Life :

The college has a sprawling campus and is conducive to good environment learning. Extracurricular activities are organised ever year such as workshops, sports tournaments etc. Various talks are also held and prominent speakers are invited every year.

Admission :

The admissions are purely based on merit. The eligibility criteria is a student must have passed INTERMEDIATE WITH 40% FOR GENERAL AND OBC, SC/ST -33% MARKS. There is no Interview and the total number of seats intake are 80. The admission process is quite straightforward and lucid. I chose B.com because it provides a broad scope of employment options and job scope for graduates as a large number of B.Com graduates choose to pursue self-employment or land lucrative salary packages in prestigious companies.

Faculty :

All the faculty members are also from top notch colleges and are well experienced. All of them are supportive and genial. Their pedagogy is creative and easily understandable. They also motivate and guide us throughout our journey and teach with full dedication.

Happy College Life..

Course Curriculum Overview:

No specific aspect for the decision of this course but the commerce student and in future the plans are to do the business that's why ... This curriculum helps me in understanding many things about the business and many right doings.. The areas of improvements should be this that :-Attendance should be compulsory for the students(75%min) The time duration of the exams are appropriate but should be given 5-10 mins extra if any student is left doing his exam or doings revision

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for placement as he/she entered in the third year. Various companies visits for placement like HCL, Infosys, Tata Birla, Wipro, HDFC, Zomato, Swiggy, etc The placement package is around 3-4 lpa for a bcom student. 50% students get placement if there cgpa and attendance are good. My plan after getting the degree is to prepare for the competitive exam in the government sector

I have been in this college since last two years and found it to be well.

Remarks:

Due to extracurricular activities and proper academic sessions it proves to well. Infrastructure is also well maintained and is spread in a vast area. For making proper decorum students are given entry in proper college uniform. Positivity is virtue by faith and so have the vast predictions for positive notes.

Placement was also in good average from our college. at least 75% students be placed every year, so many companies visited in our campus for placement like, Wipro, tech mahindra, paytm, etc .the average package from the placement the students get is depends on the companies but minimum it may be around 7- 8lakhs per year package

Banaras Hindu University is situated in Ajagara,Varanasi,Uttar pradesh.

Remarks:

The overall performance of university is good,with well experienced faculties,focus on interactive learning,hands on activity,practical learning etc. ,the environment of Varanasi is also good,however the placement cell should focus more on placements,so that students could get placed easily in the upcoming years.the university is of national level importance ,interactive studies are promoted for students.
